    do not buy Open Box from Best Buy. Bought an EXCELLENT which should have eveything and came in a different manufacturer box with 2 small pirces of foam and missing remote, manual mounting plates etc. Didnt think to check Reddit but this is normal practice To add to this it was a present for my wife birthday today and it just ruined it!!

    Its a great product, we had to return as it ended up looking smal for the space. Will probably get a bigger one. Only thing was it had a very canvas/matt look for movies as well, we wish it adjusted contrast better as per what it was being used for
