    Very glitchy. HDR will make it run like crap. Good picture. You will call TCL and they won't warranty it even when it's only 3 days old. Great picture when it works right. Went through two and both had the same issues. Eventually we got a different brand tv

    Unit doesn't work. Bad Best Buy customer service.

    Picked up, installed TV per manufacturer's specs; unit is not working properly. Contacted TCL, they confirmed there is a manufacturer defect and they said to contact my partner retailer Best Buy, who wanted to charge me $249 to come out and repair a TV that did not work out of the box. After back and forth; time on hold, etc, I arranged for TCL to come out and repair it. Bad customer service; I asked for a supervisor to contact me and was assured they would. They never did.

    Speakers fail in 2 days

    Speakers failed in two days. Now i have been without a tv for a couple weeks. I paid 100 dollars for extra protection and had two days. Now im being told since i had to send it back in for repairs i have to pay another 100 dollars to get the protection again. Now remember i only had the tv for 2 days. Geek squad told me to take the tv back to store and exchange it. Got to the store and they told me i had to send it in for repairs. Major headache after spending a grand on a new tv. Store teammates where not helpful and seemed to not care. Wish i could just get my money back. Called corporate was told they would call me back. Never heard from anyone. Best Buy does not care about customer service.

    DO NOT USE BESTBUY DELIVERY

    Miserable experience. I bought this TV in store after physically viewing it. I requested bestbuy installation they made me wait 2 weeks, but charged my immediately for TV and install. 2 weeks later I get a time window confirmed (after they ignored my request for morning appointment) and remove my existing TV and mount leave a big ugly hole in my living room. Day of I get an obscure text asking to "Schedule an appointment" with 0 context or information as to why. I have to call and sit on hold multiple times to find out that the store sold the TV that i had physically touched and already paid for, and that it will be up to month before they can replace it. Bestbuy offered no compensation or assistance with getting a replacement (all the discounts had expired). Why would i ever not just order from a standard e-commerce company going forward?

    We just know that it has so many qualities that we could enjoy, but we have NO idea how to use them. We got no instructions in the box and the webpage gives no information. We would really like a tutorial to enjoy this TV but have not found one. Could someone help us with this??? It was supposed to combine with our DIRECTV acct but it doesn't

    False price drop program after many confirmations

    I had bought a 65” tcl frame for 1299.00 Had a price drop to $799, store associates helped me with price match. I had confirmation of $525 to be returned to my Best Buy card. Three months later I’m still waiting on my price match. I had reached out three different times and all three times got a confirmation that I would receive in 7-10 days. Never happened, even having a case number and amount promised. Had local store call for me several times. This morning I finally got $300+ but not the $525 per their promise of price drop program.

    The TV is the centerpiece of any living space. Usually hanging above a fireplace mantle or dresser or chest it draws your eye to it whenever you walk in the room. But a TV isn’t always on, so it makes sense that over the last few years more and more TV’s have been released that double as a work of art. The NXTFRAME TV is TCL’s version of a TV that also can display art while still being a powerhouse TV for your family room! Out of the box its immediately apparent how thin this tv is. With an Ultra Slim Design, it clocks in at 1.1 inches deep! The TV does not come with any type of legs as it was meant to be hung on the wall, but the good news is it comes with an included wall mount from TCL or if you really can’t hang the TV anywhere in your home there is a stand that can be purchased separately. The mount comes with clear step by step instructions and a paper template that makes the TV super easy to install. I’ve hung a few tv’s in my day and this one of the easier mounts I’ve ever used but still requires 2 people to be safe! What’s most impressive about it is that once installed it’s completely flush with the wall. One thing worth noting is its good practice to go ahead and connect your HDMI cables to the tv before mounting. The mount does allow for the bottom of the TV to be pulled out slightly but it’s much easier if you just connect them before mounting. The TV has a white edge around it but also included in the box is a magnetic wood frame that can be attached. We chose the wood because it matched our bedroom furniture and looked super sleek once installed! Once we were finished with setup, I immediately went into Art Mode by pressing the top left Art button on the remote. There are 4 different categories of Art including Gallery, AI Art, Relax and Moment. Gallery is the main section that has different categories with tons of options. The one I found most interesting was the Masterpieces because all the art moves and has music to it. Overall, there are 374 pieces of art and they’re all free which is a nice touch! The AI Art section is neat as well because you can tell the TV what you want to create, and it will basically populate a scene out of thin air. The Relax section has things like a Sunset on the Coast or a Fireplace that looks like a real fire with sound affects included. One thing worth mentioning is that when you go between scenes it isn’t 100% seamless. It does take time to load each scene with a “Resource Loading” screen which does kind of take away from the Art aspect of things but doesn’t detract enough from the overall experience to ruin it. Finally, the last mode is Moments which allows you to upload your own photos to the TV to be displayed. Overall, all the Artwork looks phenomenal and one of the biggest reasons is because the screen has an Ultra Matte Anti-Glare. I used to have a screen like this way back in the 2000’s when Apple made Matte laptop screens, and I absolutely love it because it doesn’t reflect any lights giving the Art work and TV a clean and smooth finish to it! This TV is no slouch in the performance department either with 4 HDMI inputs. The one downfall is that the 144hz HDMI 1 port also acts as the eARC port for a soundbar, so if you have 2 consoles and a soundbar you will have to rotate between the 2nd HDMI for an Xbox and PS5 combo to utilize the 144hz feature. The tv also has 2 USB ports, Lan port, Optical Out and a Cable/Ant and AV In adapter. The TV is a 4k QLED so it is bright and beautiful and is able to handle anything you throw at it. The 144HZ refresh rate and a Game accelerator with 240 Variable Refresh rate make for smooth gaming! It also features multiple HDR modes covering all your bases and has Dolby Atmos Audo and DTS X Audio capabilities. It also has Wifi 5 built in to handle fast internet speeds and has Google Chromecast built in along with Bluetooth as well! Overall, the UI experience with Google can move as fast as you can. Scrolling through all the apps and menus it doesn’t miss a beat, and I found it to be one of the quicker tv’s I’ve ever come across. The remote also has Hands free voice control as well which I don’t utilize often but can be handy! This TV really has every feature you could possibly want. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed with the TCL NXTFRAME TV. It checks all the boxes for what I was looking for in a brand new tv while doubling as an art gallery at the touch of a button. The Art feature of the tv is highly impressive and will be sure to be a conversation piece when you have guests over! Anyone looking for a TV to be more than just a TV but a focal point of class and sophistication in your family room this is the TV for you!

    Quality is not as expected. Remote doesn't get signals well. And picture quality is quite lower than Samsung frame.

    My family bought this art tv for our living room and I have been using it since. I am very impressed with the product, would recommend this to other. Likes: 1.operating system from google, tons of features, apps and customizations. The performance is great, very smooth even when load of apps been used. The price for this TV is a really good deal for this class. 2.the picture quality, sound quality, motion clarity (when watching live sports), color & brightness, all of these are beyond my expectation. Very bright and vivid screen。 3. The big screen is fully anti-glare, meaning can hang on many places without worrying sunlight effects. 4. Flush Wall Mount option worked great, it took sometimes to observe a spot to put it, but once the mount is installed properly, it is secure and ports are easy to access. 5. The TV frame/bezel is white, even the remote is white color, very refreshing for a TV product. 6. The artistic feel, appreciate the TCL NXFrame app, it has many art options, even come with Generative AI, allowing users to generate their own art pictures and use them as screen saver or just play in carousel slide show. Dislike: 1. Wish the NXFrame app content are more intergraded with the system, like be default screen saver. But I believe this can happen in future updates.
