I love my TCL 65" tv! I have been eyeing BIG tv's for quite some time and leaving stores with a sad look on my face and a bad case of large tv envy. I am so glad that I waited! A 65" TV with a price of $599! Holy crap! I got a tv that looks like a billboard! Bigger than some sports bars! I like the fact that TCL is the 2nd largest manufacturer of tv's and makes ALL their parts! No parts from the lowest bidder, meaning the lowest quality. I would recommend TCL to everyone. Heading out to get a 43" TCL for the bedroom now!

The perfect size for the room. We are not overly tech savvy. Menu is clear and easy to navigate. Intuitive controls. Great smart tv and love the built in Roku platform. Simple to navigate from cable to streaming services. Great value.

I've had this TV for about a week and have loved it so far. It was a very simple set up. The Roku TV walks you through everything. The picture quality is amazing for a TV in this class. I like how easy it is to switch between components and apps from the home screen.

I'm guessing the two main reasons someone would consider this TV would be the built-in Roku and the 4K HDR picture. If that is where your concern stops, then this is the TV for you. What nobody could tell me and what I found out the hard way for myself is that the remote control that comes with this TV is lacking. It won't control a sound bar like my Sony did and the Best Buy version doesn't come with the voice remote, we had to order that one separately. Even after spending the $30 on the voice remote, it still won't control other devices like a sound bar and you can't use the voice capabilities within apps like YouTube. You can search across all of Roku for actors or movies or whatever, and that's nice, but if you want to search for a particular subject or video on YouTube you can't. We could with our Sony Android TV. So, it's a good TV that could have been great with just a little more effort.

I needed a 65" smart TV for detailed viewing by individual clients as well as groups of 25 to 35 up to 25' away. I kept my eye on numerous sources for the better part of a year. I'd already been hooked by TCL's, having purchased a 55" and a 32" so I was just waiting for the best price I could get. I missed a below $500.00 opportunity when the unit jumped back up over $500.00 after the holidays. I found a competitor that had also gone up in price but then went back down, so I checked on the price match policy and was able to get what I feel is great deal on a 65 incher! I have yet to start using the unit but also bought a 2 year warranty as I did with all of my TCLs and feel confident I'll find similar satisfaction with the 65" as we have with our 55". I'm sure I'll quickly find it to be a 5 star item once I begin using it.

Great picture for the price, easy to use television, very light and easy to move and mount on wall Issues: Remote Controller is simple to use but IR response from TV can be spotty at times HDMI has had intermittent connection issues

Great T.V great price!! Only bad thing is the remote, it sucks!! Hopefully it last at least 5 years. Installation was easy, set up was easy even if you're an old guy like me who still uses an abacus to solve math problems

I searched around for a replacement TV for my Garage/Mancave. My 55" Visio (12+ years) gave up the Ghost. Went back and forth, checked prices at Walmart, Target, Online. Didn't find a lower price than Best Buy, but even if I did, I would go with Best Buy for the reliability of Customer Service and accountability and also "Points Program". Bought Online , Delivery as Scheduled, with great communications with Delivery Depot and actual driver. Install was easy (the same brackets fit) set up on Wifi and TV with ROKU was a breeze. Was watching Netflix and other shows within minutes. For $599 for a 65" Smart UHD TV was a deal. Paid with my Amex card which (at least for Gold and Platinum) AMEX doubles the factory warranty. Ready for Sports again.

Absolutely love these TVs - this is the 2nd one we bought due to the quality received with the 1st one. Sharp picture, easy to set up, and great value. Already thinking about getting another one or 2 !!

I managed to snag 2 of these on a Black Friday sale online - one for us, one for my daughter's house. We have all enjoyed these TV's for over a month now. The smart TV with Roku is great, better than our old smart TV options. The picture is great, with options to adjust your preferences by pushing the * button on each input/platform you use. We have a Bose system to use when we watch movies or listen to music, but the regular TV voice volume is the only downside I've noticed. I think the volume on the TV is about the same as our last smart TV, but I really wish the TV companies would amplify the sound forward toward the consumer. Our TV backs to our bedroom wall and you can hear the TV almost better in the bedroom than on the couch in the living room. I'm going to see if there's such thing as a deflector to aim the sound forward. Other than that, we are very happy with our purchases.

Picture quality is great weather it was $500 or $1100. I almost returned the tv because I thought it was faulty, but If you notice the picture goes in and out while playing video games in HDR, make sure your screen is in “GameMode”. Due to HDR being a setting that the screen sets itself to, during gaming the tv will lose that connection and attempt to switch back causing the screen to go black for 5-10sec at a time, this is solved with GameMode. As far as all tv, Netflix, Amazon Video, the tv handles it perfectly. Don’t let the price point fool you, great buy and I have zero regrets.

This tv has the best color/picture for the price. It works great and looks better than similar tvs at a higher price point. Definitely recommend this over a competitor brand.

Love this TV. Sports look great. Color and sharpness great. The built in Roku is the best. The ability to add all available Roku channels makes this TV worth every penny.

This tv has a beautiful picture. The colors are very bright. The built in Roku is awesome. So glad we went with this tv. Very happy with it.

For the price, can't complain about anything. Geek Squad set-up was smooth as can be. TV functions fine and picture is great. 4K is outstanding.

My husband and I recently moved and our TV was damaged in the process :( While we didn't really want to buy a new one, we needed to. I'm so glad we had to! This smart tv is amazing! I love all the apps and extras you just don't get with old TV's. The picture is great and its extremely easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this TV!

This T.V. is so huge that it took us days to not laugh at it every time we used it but after the shock of our purchase wore off we realized how great it really was. No more squinting from the couch and still not being able to read the screen or having to sit in the middle of the living room to be able to read anything on the screen. It's a great T.V. and was very reasonably priced!

I don't have a single negative thing to say about this TV. The picture is great, sound is good enough for me and the ROKU navigation is easy and quick. I ditched cable several months ago, and this TV makes the change that much better. Compared to my another TV that has a ROKU stick, this one is much faster and I love not having to get out of ROKU to get to the antennae...everything is all in one place . I would definitely buy this again, especially on sale!

I purchased this television 2years, 2 months and 12 days from 8/24/20, and prior to this I was content with this product. I have owned other TV's that cost more, but offered less features. I arrived at the end of the road with this product while watching one of my favorite Primetime shows. the tv went black. I turned the set off, and back on again, and minutes later the screen went black again. I went straight to the net to see if others had this problem prior to me, and there were others. Next I began troubleshooting the problem with no success, then I looked up other possible fixes that I could try, all failed. I did not get the extended warranty for $60 more, because I expected the tv to last between 4 and 6 years before a malfunction, like various others I have purchased in the past. This was the first TCL I've owned, prior to the breakdown, my family really enjoyed all the features associated with this tv, to bad they did not last.
