    It has been awhile since I purchased this item. The product performance is the best. But what really made me buy this item was the salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the the different name brands of the different TV’s and how they perform. I had already purchased a TV @ Target but they keep texting me it was out of stock and wanted me to go over 90 miles to pick it up. The last text I happed to get while sitting in the parking lot of your Best Buy in Beaumont and I live in Hemet. I went in got a great deal on all because of your salesman

    Bought this TV - 65' model - on sale at $400. It has been an excellent TV, great picture and clarity. If you have Google home devices, the Google OS syncs well with them

  • Problems with ARC HDMI that appears to be TV softl

    The TV is not bad, especially for the price. But the software has a bug with the eARC channel. We were using a soundbar via ARC but it kept intermittently dropping audio. We tried a different HDMI cable and then suspected it was the soundbar that was the problem. We returned the soundbar and tried a different brand. Same problem again. We could use Bluetooth audio from TV to soundbar with no problem. So then we had to suspect it was the TV that was the problem. We did some web sleuthing and discovered numerous people had similar problem. The solution we finally found was to go into TV settings and turn off Quick Startup. No more audio drops and the root cause appears to be a software bug of the TV. We also observe that this TV is prone to significant audio delays that are out of synch with the video, and the amount of delay varies day to day.

    Excellent TV. Got it on a weekend sale ($200 off) after our old Sony died. We haven’t noticed any difference in the sound or picture quality.
