TV Is Good But One Issue!

Every time I power on the TV, navigating it is really bad for the first 3 minutes. I try to go to any streaming platform and it lags very badly and makes it almost impossible to open any app without it still falling behind and make you open something you didn't want to open. Overall this TV is ok but you can get something a little better maybe at a bit higher price point.

Problems with ARC HDMI that appears to be TV softl

But the software has a bug with the eARC channel. We were using a soundbar via ARC but it kept intermittently dropping audio. We tried a different HDMI cable and then suspected it was the soundbar that was the problem. We returned the soundbar and tried a different brand. Same problem again. We could use Bluetooth audio from TV to soundbar with no problem. So then we had to suspect it was the TV that was the problem. We did some web sleuthing and discovered numerous people had similar problem. The solution we finally found was to go into TV settings and turn off Quick Startup. No more audio drops and the root cause appears to be a software bug of the TV. We also observe that this TV is prone to significant audio delays that are out of synch with the video, and the amount of delay varies day to day.

Major upgrade for the price

And for the price, I can't complain about that. Was able to notice the difference in picture, sound, and performance from my old one!

Best Buy Great Salesman

The product performance is the best. But what really made me buy this item was the salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the the different name brands of the different TV’s and how they perform. I had already purchased a TV @ Target but they keep texting me it was out of stock and wanted me to go over 90 miles to pick it up. The last text I happed to get while sitting in the parking lot of your Best Buy in Beaumont and I live in Hemet. I went in got a great deal on all because of your salesman

Sluggish Performance

The home screen wakes up very slowly sometimes and has significant delays responding to your remote commands quite often. The Google-based interface is isn't as logical as you would expect. The search function doesn't aggregate results logically, often prioritizing results of shows or movies you have to purchase or download another app to see. The remote is not backlit but otherwise works okay. The picture quality is fine for the price, but the quirky, sluggish interface ruins the experience.
