    We've owned this TV for less than two years. We're beginning to wonder: "Is it running Windows 95?" The home screen wakes up very slowly sometimes and has significant delays responding to your remote commands quite often. The Google-based interface is isn't as logical as you would expect. The search function doesn't aggregate results logically, often prioritizing results of shows or movies you have to purchase or download another app to see. The remote is not backlit but otherwise works okay. The picture quality is fine for the price, but the quirky, sluggish interface ruins the experience.

    I love the video quality on this TV, and the smart TV home screen is easy to navigate, allowing me to watch across all of my streaming services with just a few clicks on the remote. I am also very happy with the smart HDMI feature that makes switching to video games smooth and effortless. As far as I am concerned, it does everything I need it to, and does it well.

    We purchased this in Dec 2023, we are now in August 2024...... this has a beautiful picture, vibrant, the Google TV OS is great as well the one thing this thing is missing is RAM, if you open an app it just lags out not fast at all. You open an app and back out it's still playing something while you open another app and start another video or the video is playing while your watching live TV with the only thing to do is attempt to get the settings open and restart it or ultimately unplugging it to restart the system. Really frustrating
