    Picture is as expected, but it has delays in processing selections. Selecting streaming services can take much longer than expected. I would return for a different brand if still in the initial warranty period.

    The picture is fine, but there is a huge delay and trying to enter an app. We have Hulu and the TV will lock up when going from category to category

    Very laggy, stutters and video stucks sometimes. My Onn tv from last year was more responsive. This might be due ti OS? Roku is far better I think.

    This TV is slower than any tv i have ever had. Constant lagging issues. You would be better off buying a big TV that isnt smart and just hooking up a roku or a playstation to it to watch things. Its so awful. Playing games on it also gives a noticeable pixel corruption look to the scene. Its annoying and the worst purchase i have made.

    Bought this TV back in October 2023 had absolutely no issues took great care of it just sitting back watching Disney+ and out of nowhere I get these really big black white and yellow lines going down the TV so I decide to unplug it and plug it back in and now I get nothing but a black screen so I would not buy this crap without a protection plan or better yet just don’t buy this at all
