Ok for the price

Keeps freezing, not from the internet, it won’t even turn off so we have to unplug it. Get what you pay for I guess. May have to exchange with manufacturer as the fifteen days (which is hardly long enough) return policy is over. Thought it was 30 errr not happy

I can't use the smart abilities

Backlight busted after 1 year

Definitely worth buying a better TV (such as Samsung) or buying the protection plan so Best Buy can replace it for you for free. I didn't purchase protection plan, and unfortunately the cost of parts+labor is the same as getting a brand new TV.

Swing and a miss

Unfortunately the picture is blurry. Have tried power cycling, adjusting motion blur, and even went as far as upgrading the internet speed thinking it was a latency issue. Nope, same issues they had back in 2021.

No Spectrum app

Had to return and purchased Smart Roku TV.

Audio is breaking

Race for the worst

The only reason this isn't the worst TV I've ever owned is because I also bought a 40 inch TCL Google TV at the same time and it's equally as bad.

Would not buy again.

Here we are 2 months later and all HDMI ports no longer work and it's conveniently past the return date. What a waste of money.
