    This was a great tv at first with great picture and sound. The problem is durability. When I measured the tv to set it up to a wall mount, the end of the tape measure somehow slipped between the screen and the tv frame (I have no idea how, it doesn’t look like there should be room). I gently removed it and proceeded to mount the tv to the wall. When we turned it on, there was a large section of busted pixels where the tape measure had slid in. The damage quickly spread to the entire top of the screen without any further touching or jostling. I understand that large tv screens are fragile and I took great care to protect it during this process. What felt like a very gentle fluke of a touch completely ruined a brand new tv.

    The picture quality was very poor. It is advertised as the official TV of the NFL. I don't watch sports much. But when watching sports they do a lot of close up face shots of people. When watching movies the faces of people were really fuzzy. I found myself saying now the tv looks decent when I should have by happy with a new tv. I got a different tv from best buy and am happy now. Even the staff at best buy turned it on during the return and said WOW that's bad, on just the start screen. It may have just been the one TV also I haven't seen any other ones turned on.
