terrible picture quality, terrible warranty

They do not uphold their warranty. I received an email request for a blurry picture, another separate request for a blurry movie, another for a blurry movie where I paused it, and lastly a request to capture a blurry movie of Dolly Parton Netflix special. The product is faulty, and the warranty is worse.

No wonder I see less of them around

I bought this 2 years ago and the screen is black but it still plays sound. Nothing happened to it either! Just crazy! This is the second device to go dark on me smh head

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Pice of crap

Filter at best buy has 124hz but its 60hz
