Great but not excellent

The reason I picked it over Hisense is because of long term reliability being favorable to TCL. Now, on to the TV, the colors on the panels are excellent for the price. You can find a color accurate profile for it on RTINGS. The reason for 4 stars, instead of 5, is the Fire TV. Fire TV is awful, slow, irresponsive at times and has most of its display settings LOCKED. I am trying to get them to unlock so I can change it to make it more color accurate and take full advantage of panel. One more downside is that 240hz frame generation is on by default which makes a lot of movements in movies look really bad. That also cannot be turned off as all of the settings seem to be locked and uneditable in my unit. If those issues are fixed, it's an easy 5 star purchase for the price.

You do have to dig a little to navigate the picture menu to find where to turn off or lessen the motion processing feature (soap opera effect). Other than that, the TV has great picture quality. The sound is decent but I hooked up my surround sound.

Was struggling to purchase the right tv for my budget, but the Best Buy employees walked me through all the different brands available. 10/10 Would recommend shopping at this location, and purchasing this TV within your budget.

Quality Television

Had a little trouble getting it hooked up to my external speakers and make it sound right. I was able to get it to work but had to buy some additional cables. Overall, a good television for the price.

The test will be if it survives after a couple of Years. The picture quality is pretty darn good though. :)

Great deal for a QLED

Best buy really has the best deals for tv's, can't beat them for real. Looking forward to see this year's black Friday and Christmas deals.

It's just the Best Buy all round

Easy to set up and great picture quality. The sound is not too terrible either, but when you add a TCL sound bar, it goes way up in performance.
