    The picture is clear and comparable to the Hisense 65" QLED QD5 but without making a google account. The only drawback is that you have to turn the volume up high if you're not using a soundbar.

    If I could rate it zero I would. Within months the tv started freezing up and randomly disconnecting from the internet. The connection issues stopped but now there’s a lag between the remote and TV. I’ve never had that and it’s absolutely atrocious. Sometimes it takes seconds. We haven’t even downloaded anything extra except YouTube and Disney. It also froze multiple times watching football this weekend.

    I bought this TV at the Arlington Heights store. We’re on a budget and have not bought a new TV in ten years. This is now our favorite tv in the whole house!

    Vizio TV couldn’t be fixed under extended warranty so I got this as a replacement. The good seemingly outweighs the bad with this TV. For the price it really can’t be beat and it does work well for the most part. It was easy to set up and all the apps I like to use were easily added to the home screen. Clarity of picture is somewhat off especially when using Prime Video, TV doesn’t seem to have any issues when using my Apple TV or Xbox X (admittedly, I may need to tweak settings). Another thing that lowered my opinion is the fact it won’t connect via arc to my soundbar. Overall, had I had a better budget I probably would’ve chosen a different brand.

    Great TV especially for the cost. The only issue with it is a change in screen color in dark scenes. The screen sometimes dims when the background gets dark. We are trying another display setting to see if this can be avoided.

    The most bang for the buck. streaming connectivity and a good picture as with any flat panel TV you going to need a soundbar if you really want good sound.

    Image quality is good but there is a huge lag in between switching the apps. Really slow. I would rather recommend google tv or roku tv. Way better than the fire tv.
