    Switching on this TV is frustrating as we have to wait 30+ seconds while TV is "loading....." Good quality picture but the sound is horrible and tinny. Make sure you have an external sound system for this TV. Good value for size but the old adage is true here - you get what you pay for!!

    I feel like this TV is cheap. It’s bargain basement picture quality. I do not like the interface. It's full of glitches and everything is delayed. Should’ve returned it immediately like I wanted to. Now I’m stuck with it. I’m even thinking of going back to my 55 inch LG.

    Best Buy made Black Friday shopping process easy! Hardly waited for service, the help we had was efficient and we were out within 25 min. Now that is shopping!

    The TV seems simple enough, but there are so many quirks it does to mention. I use captions on a app and every time I open the app the language is different. If I turn off the sound bar whatever app I'm on closing and brings me to main menu. It loses connectivity. (Not by my fault, had equipment tested). Just to many things I don't like versus like. The Alexa is glitchy. You'll ask for one thing and she'll say she can't do that, but the TV won't be on and I'll ask Alexa a question about a movie and she'll turn the TV to the movie.

    Great tv for the cost. It was lagging at first before the update. After a day, it worked well. You really can't go wrong on this inexpensive purchase.

    I was sceptical of buying a new TCL but it’s great! I usually shop for a Samsung or Vizio but I gave TCL a chance and was not dissapointed!!

    Do not buy this tv it is not 4K it is 1080P FHD

    The tv is not a good purchase there is barely any color or qaulity i have a sony tv from 2007 thats beats this by far and its not even "4K" but it upset me that this one says that and its not so i went and looked at 4K tvs tried the same game i play on my freinds tv and his is 4K and this one aint even half way good of qaulity as his jus dont buy this tv
