Pleased with the TV overall, good picture. We had an issue with the volume until understanding the setting and it is great now. I would buy the same model again.

Love this TV. Easy to setup. Vivid picture of the football field and players. Great color. Sound is good. Remote is easy to use. We bought the 65" TCL and I highly recommend it.

Excellent picture. Prior to purchasing this TV, I never owned a TCL. Always the competitors. After this purchase, I will definitely be considering other products. Easy platform, strong sound. Don’t hesitate

I’ve been very happy with it. The picture quality is excellent — bright, sharp, and vibrant colors, especially with HDR content. The Google TV interface is smooth and easy to navigate, with plenty of apps and features. Setup was simple, and everything has worked perfectly so far. Overall, a great value for a 65" QLED TV. Highly recommend!

We lost all of our TVs last year during a lightning storm so I have been upgrading each room over time. I have an OLED in my bedroom but didn’t want to spend that much on this tv. I went with TLC because they are fantastic in the LED range. I also went bigger and thankful that I did. The tv was on sale over Presidents’ Day holiday. The picture is vivid and clear and has great settings capabilities to adjust to what you want. Great mid range TV for all types of entertainment. Movies, cable, game console, streaming.

Overall we are really enjoying the tv. Like many say, the sound is average at best, but the picture quality and 120 refresh rate is great for movies and gaming. Had for 2 months and the only issue we’ve come across is sometimes I’ll need to unplug and plug back in the hdmi for the Xbox to recognize the 120 refresh rate and auto transition between inputs.

This TV is very solid for the price. Image whality is perfect and set up was wasy. There was some minor blooming with certain scenes in movies, but it isnt bad. I havent trued the gaming features of this TV, but the 120HZ is noticable and keeps the UI feeling responsive and smooth.

Great product, especially for the price. The picture settings make for a great time watching movies, reality tv, etc. the operating system is fast and smooth, no issues so far. Only complaint may be that the remote and buttons are pretty sensitive. Many times I/my pet have accidentally pressed a button on the remote.

Coming from a Sony 65 inch X930C this TV has been fantastic. Didnt have the funds to buy a flagship Sony and this TCL checked every box i wanted for a TV $1,000 and under. Got it on sale for $699, highly recommend at that price. Debated on the Sony 85K but it was $200 more at the time. No regrets woth the TCL so far 1 month in

Got this during black friday, so at that price point im not sure there was a better tv. Great picture, Bright image, easy set up, great design, need i say more? We also have a Sony A80K 65 OLED for reference/comparatives. Ofcorse the Sony outperforms this TV, but not by as much as I would have expected.

TV had been great. No issues as of now. The picture is crisp and vibrant. Easy set up and install. Not too heavy to lift with the help of another person.

We absolutely love our TV, the buttons all connect correctly with netflix, and other apps. The clarity is great. Its easy to manuever through the different settings and apps with the ability to connect to Bluetooth headphones.

Best 65 inch TV at 120 Hz that I could find for the price. Sound and picture are great. No disappointments at all.

Best purchase so far haven’t had any problems with the tv, the only thing is that I paid for the delivery to take the old tv and I was told they were going to take it down and take it once they got here they said they weren’t going to do that so I was over charged tried getting my refund on that and they said I couldn’t get my refund for the Took my money with out the service overall the TV has been great no problems I would recommend

Ordered 65” but because of space exchanged for 55” & for the price $449 I’m quite satisfied. I had question about my statement & one agent in one country, transferred me to another country, who transferred me to City Bank, who said I needed to into store to straighten it out!! After about 45 min on phone I was so frustrated until I met your agent Herschel!! He took my statement, & my Best Buy receipts & in 5 minutes figured it out! Give Herschel a raise!!He was empathic, friendly, professional, & had a great attitude. Even walked me back to TV area to ask another TV person to explain the difference in vsrious 55” models.

The picture quality it great. We have bought two of these tvs. You can beat the price and quality.

There are no words that describe the quality of this television, especially for the price. The picture, the sound, ease of use and setup are amazing! This is my first TCL T. Now I'm telling everyone they need to get one.

I love this tv! Having 120 refresh rate vs 60 makes sports action viewing truly a pleasure! So clear and life-like. The sound makes it easier to understand people talking. Great value for the price!

Fell in love immediately, but as they say, the honeymoon was short. Day 1 the jump from 55” to 65” was mesmerizing. Day 2 why is this thing only running at 60 HZ, I paid way more for a native 120 hz screen. My fault, didn’t have a hdmi 2.1 cable. Purchasd said cable (and tested multiple times, that’s not the problem) response…we’ll be be in touch. My Last TCL was a home run. This feels like a bunt at this point. Photo is how I finally got it to work. Are we still blowing into Nintendo cartridges?
