Great quality and love the geek squad

Great quality great picture great sound. I purchased the services of the geek squad to set it up and they did a beautiful job. It was worth going to Best Buy so that the geek squad could do the whole set up for me

Tcl is underrated

First is the fps. 120hz is smooth and crisp on my PS5. Secondly, the OS Google TV is impressive, and has apps like Kodi and express vpn was shocking. Thirdly the build quality is very sleek and the borders are very slim. Now for the negatives. Out the box the color issues is noticable but with YouTube and Google you can get that straight. Secondly, the controler will need to be paired alot to use the voice assistant, personally i just use the voice. Lastly whenever in power saving mode,the tv will power off but not turn back on. This usually happens when i leave the PS5 on and it turne off on power save mode.

Impressed for all things considered

Given the price point, it is a very good quality TV and I have run into no issues thus far. Great picture, decent sound, and many nice functions. Remote is also not confusing (in my opinion) as several people have previously noted.

Great if you don't mind troubleshooting a little

I did have some connectivity issues with the built in Google casting; it stopped working randomly and took me about 6 hours of research to get out going again. Then, when i thought I'd worked out all the kinks, this tv started to go black for about 3 seconds at a time randomly every couple hours while playing xbox. Not the greatest thing when you're in a day paced shooting game. I'm sure there some solution to this problem, but i haven't had the time to research it. Great tv if you don't mind troubleshooting a bit. Also, for those who suddenly can't cast, delete your home, create a new one, then add the tv to the new home.

I apologize in advance but I’m horrible with names. The associate team was good and patient with me. It’s been 10 years since my last purchase so I was completely out of my wheelhouse. The female associate that helped me and professionally answered all of my questions, presented zero reason to not make the purchase and signed back up with Best Buy to use the amazing in store credit and offers! I can’t remember her name but I believe a different associate also female, was given credit for that. Hopefully y’all can give credit where deserved? If not, then future purchases.

Awesome TV!

The size is amazing! But the real kicker is the smart tv portion. I have always had an Apple TV box to watch other types of media and this makes that transition so incredibly easy. I am not an electronics person and the setup was easy and figuring out how to work it was not difficult. The salesperson was high on the TCL TV. It was cheaper and the picture quality is excellent. My picture does not do it justice (Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show - old video).

This tv is bright and so detailed i’m glad it makes good use of its full array local dimming. The picture quality is so good i can’t even tell when the tv is on when there’s a black screen.
