    It’s a great tv everything about the 65”inch is perfect. Sound can be a little bit better but that’s it.

    Seems like a quality TV ruined by software. Good picture quality. Was fairly pleased at first, but within an update or two (in first few weeks), the TV slowed wayyyy down. To the point that you would hit buttons on the remove multiple times thinking it didn't register. I read online that factory resets could help, but that is NOT a fix, I'm not punching in all my passwords again every time the TV gets slow. And also, some shows have Dolby Vision, which then locks your picture settings to Dolby Vision IQ, Dark, and Bright. And they are ALL so dark, that it makes some shows completely unwatchable unless the room is completely dark as well. Turning brightness all the way up does not fix this. So personally I would recommend spending your money on a smaller and better TV.

    Works great when you shut off all the features. Has greenscreen issue with certain apps requiring you to unplug the tv to fix, because of the sleep mode(happens every couple weeks). Other than that, it works great. Some blacklight bleeding can be ammending with a little light rubbing/cleaning of the screen.

    Good TV. The screen isnt Matte finish so reflections in bright room is the only issue. Other than that pretty happy

    I’ve had this tv for two years now and it is now doing a loud popping sound intermittently. Warranty is only good for one year. It is an expensive tv to only get two years out of it.

    The support legs for the tv were used and the screws that mount them were all stripped right out of the box along with the remote control having wear on it and the paint coming off the buttons. There are a few more things but those are the main things that are wrong

    Very good picture quality until I compared it to the TCL QM8. In fast moving scenes where someone is running for example, with motion smoothing, it does some weird effect where it can’t keep up and edges lose details and become pixelated.

    Black screen after less than 2 years. REALLY disappointed. BTW, never used google features. Operated on Comcast and via Roku.

    Good cheapo TV

    Mostly good TV for consoles and streaming devices. Has that weird motion smoothing stuff that you have to turn off. Have to play with display settings way too much for HDR. For whatever reason it’s pretty much useless with my PC setup.

    Price comparison with TCL TV models

    The TV works fine and is the size we were looking for. I am not sure we really needed to pay more for the upgraded TCL TV compared to the one at $399, so there is that. Is the picture quality really worth $300 more or whatever it is? I have my doubts ...

    Would give it a 5 star except for the sound quality. Bad sound must be on purpose to make you buy a sound bar. My phone has better sound.
