    Can't do much better for a 65" 4K under $1,000. The streaming isn't quite as stable as using something like a Roku or Apple TV but for the most part this is a great value for the price.

    Good picture but doesn’t do as well in a bright room as I had hoped. Also, I only had it two months when it developed a horizontal line in the display.

    Easy online purchase and it was ready for pickup shortly after. Picked up the TV and the associate, was very helpful in heling me place it in my car.

    The auto lighting feature was kind of annoying but I was able to figure it out. Overall really happy wit this purchase, it was a serious upgrade.

    Screen is decent, but googletv is terrible

    We are now on our second tcl q7 as the first one had several software and hardware issues (google os would not respond, screen started showing 3 little white dots) and was covered under warranty. Now, this secone one is also not that great. It is showing signs of weak processor speed and input lag from remote already. I have done several troubleshooting efforts to no avail. It feels like tcl put a lot of effort into the display, but went the cheap route on the processor. I will say that tcl customer service and warranty department were great and I appreciate the simple replacement. But I would not take a gamble on tcl until they fix google OS or make all of their TV’s Roku instead. I have a Hisense U7 as well as a Sony w google os and they both perfrom much better.

    Great product at this price point. Would have given a 5 star rating if the TV had come out the box with the right calibration. It took a while to figure out how to calibrate the TV.

    Terrible experience!!!

    Had/Have a problem with tv in the first two weeks called customer service with no help. Two weeks return policy. Called TCL and they walked me through a factory reset, problem came back in about a week. Other problems have also occurred like people on screen turning reddish for 5-30 seconds at a time then correcting it self. Dolby and DTS sound not working correctly. Parts of the screen lighting and dark darkening for no apparent reason USB jack has only worked for about 5 days of ownership and that was after taking to TCL and having to do the factory reset. So multiple problems. About to call TCL again and see if they will rectify the problems. I don't suggest buying from Best Buy, and I'm not sure if I would suggest TCL until I see if they will resolve these problems. So far I've had an terrible experience with both. I know so far I'll never spend my money at best buy again.

    I've TV for almost a year and it only connects to lower speed internet. I have trouble connecting my Hulu streaming app. Very disappointed in this TV.
