    Meh. Hard to get rid of the soap opera look. Not nearly as crisp and detailed as the Bravia which i also have. Very confusing picture controls which default to Dolby picture for some unknown reason and if you dont know NOT select the auto Dolby version , you will wonder what happened to your options. No real direction book to speak of and the geeksquad team literally knew about 0 on setting up this tv...

    Had/Have a problem with tv in the first two weeks called customer service with no help. Two weeks return policy. Called TCL and they walked me through a factory reset, problem came back in about a week. Other problems have also occurred like people on screen turning reddish for 5-30 seconds at a time then correcting it self. Dolby and DTS sound not working correctly. Parts of the screen lighting and dark darkening for no apparent reason USB jack has only worked for about 5 days of ownership and that was after taking to TCL and having to do the factory reset. So multiple problems. About to call TCL again and see if they will rectify the problems. I don't suggest buying from Best Buy, and I'm not sure if I would suggest TCL until I see if they will resolve these problems. So far I've had an terrible experience with both. I know so far I'll never spend my money at best buy again.
