Dead Pixels but still hopeful

TV looks great! Once you dial in settings and features are awesome, but when I fired up bright HDR content I noticed I had dead pixels, not a good start two days in, Best buy is sending another one so hopefully I just had bad luck with the first

Great buy

The picture is so clear and the colors are so vivid. The tv sound is fair quality but the tv is connected to speakers and a soundbar so that’s not an issue. I had a friend over to watch a movie and she couldn’t believe how great the picture was. She said it looked like the people were coming out of the tv.! I am so happy with this purchase. Let’s hope it lasts a long time.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV about 3 months ago. It was my first "upgrade" to a smart tv. I had a 50" Sanyo that worked great (and still does). I have an outdoor antenna that picks up all my local channels. On the Sanyo, I picked up about 50 including subchannels. On this one, 20 maybe. Doesnt pull in my local ABC, CBS, FOX, PBS, NBC. I'm constantly doing channel scans and on the off chance it does find the channel, it keeps it for about 10 minutes or so before pixelating and dropping it. It was the same setup and cord I used with my old TV. As an experiment, I grabbed by 15 year old 32 inch Sanyo from the bedroom (not hooked to antenna) and brought it into the living room and hooked up the antenna. BOOM! 55 channels. Same coaxial cord and everything. Plugged it back into the TCL and barely got 15. All of them subchannels and none of the major networks. It seems as though they put all the bells and whistles on the picture quality, which is outstanding. I've submitted my warranty claim to TCL to have them address the issue.

Great Deal for a great TV

Now that we have had it for a while, I can say that the picture quality and sound is great. Colors are vivid. Wish that the app for the TV was more reliable, but that's a software issue, not a Best Buy issue.

Amazing tv for the price

Quality of the picture is outstanding and better than the $2500 tv that’s in our living room. Definitely would have bought this instead had I know about the quality.

Affordable, Quality Smart TV

We bought this TV because of all the extra ports. We were able to hook up our stereo system for sound, as well as all our gaming systems. The size is perfect. Not too big and not too small.
