    WOW im blown away didnt expect the level of performance at that price point. I own LG Oled Samsung Qned neo and now TCL Qled televisions and this one is a win if your looking for stunning visuals on a budget.

    It is a good TV, you just need a little knowledge to configure the colors and have a better image, but it is very quick to turn on and off. but it hasn't even been a month since I bought it and the other day, when I turned it on, it was like thinking about starting the system

    At first the tv was great. I have to restart apps, remote is not responsive at times. The quality is good but it is my least favorite tv in my home. I will be replacing sooner than later. Too late to return.

    TV did not last a year.

    Do not buy from this company. I had the tv for 10 months before the screen randomly went black and wouldn’t work anymore. This had came after months of it randomly turning off and losing audio multiple times, causing me to have to unplug and plug the tv back in. I called TCL and emailed them daily for a month and was escalated to a manager before they finally sent a technician out to fix the tv. The technician was great but he was a contractor and worked for a different company TCL partnered with. I am glad that the tv is fixed now but I will never be buying another TCL product because of their terrible customer service and treatment of their customers.

    Okay, let me start by saying I have all TCL TVs in my house, from all the way back to the old 4 series. So I've got some knowledge of how good or bad they could be, but here goes. This is a flat out amazing TV, and you will not be disappointed if you think you HAVE to buy a Mini LED to get great quality. In fact, this is what I would recommend being 95% get to improve their viewing pleasure at home or office. QLED is amazing technology, and often gets overlooked by some that might feel they need to spend more. This screen has fantastic viewing angles, and looks crystal clear no matter how you watch it. Blacks are deep, and colors pop. Movies really stand out in a dark room, so dim the lights. It has very thin bezels, and almost seems borderless at times. The first thing I did was going into settings on the top right, and change the picture profile. I suggest you do the same, because auto HDR was turned off by default when I took a look. Setting up your screen for your eyes is important, so make sure you do that first. Speaking of setting it up, it's fast if you have your smartphone with you ready to go. If you don't have a smartphone, you can't still set it up quickly by skipping through. Connecting to Wi-Fi was swift, and I had no issues at all. I would normally mount it on the wall, but decided to put this one on a bedroom stand. My only gripe with most TVs today, is the sound quality. Speakers are decent and will please nearly everyone that has to use the. BUT, I highly recommend you get a sound bar and sub woofer setup, you thank yourself. This TV like most today, has ARC, and optical. So it's gonna sound amazing when you connect.

    BestBuy Scam Beware

    Damaged. Had to wait for internet to be installed in new home and when it was and the tv was updated it so we could use it, the screen has internal damage inside/ behind of the glass/plastic. Can only see the damage when its on a light colored screen. Can see it when its off. You cant even see from the black start up sceen/update required. Called BestBuy and they said its 2 days past 14 day, no exchange. They dont care about the customer. Also Bestbuy employee loaded the tv wrong in the truck but i think from the looks of it, its manufacturer error.

    open box savings not worth it

    Purchased as open box noted as in excellent condition. didn't come with remote. Wasn't able to test out at home until after refund window closed due to family emergency. Screen turns on but screen is dark blue and so blurry you can't navigate anything. I think it may be stuck in a some weird store display mode but TCL and Best Buy customer support don't seem to understand that and are unhelpful

    This TV has a lot of great features for the price point. Aside from standard stuff like Netflix and YouTube, I use it for console gaming. The direct backlight makes a huge difference along with vivid colors and refresh rates. I highly recommend it if you have the money, instead of just going for as big of a tv as you can get while sacrificing quality. WORTH IT. Sound quality is also very nice, don’t feel like I need a soundbar or anything like that. A huge plus is that the buttons on the remote light up when the remote senses motion. Also, dedicated youtube and Netflix shortcut buttons (among others) on remote. Tv is also quick in terms of loading apps and all that.

    I just bought this TV 3 days ago, it got delivered today I turned it on and started to set it up I can’t get passed the update screen it has restarted 6 times! And keeps re downloading but won’t go past the update screen and keeps starting over I’m very unhappy
