    This is a replacement for a prevous defective one that was dead on arrival. The reason for only a four star was because of a one week delay on getting the replacement. First they send a technician to confirm that it was defective and they order the replacement that added an additional week delay as previously stated. No TVviewing from August 26 until September 9. Hopefully the new one will be good.

    Video quality Is good, sound is good, but it shuts off and turns back on at random, kind of annoying when it happens but it doesn't happen too often, a little mad cuz I was told it was an open box with nothing wrong with it.
