I have to say that I like the image that comes out of this QD-Mini LED. I have to put in movie mode or else it is too bright in the room, so there is no problems with brightness. I had to give the TV a ding in my rating because there is only one optical output, and I can't get it to work all the time. I am constantly switching from Bluetooth to Optical, and my audio device will not play the Optical audio. I am grateful that I can switch between many Bluetooth devices, but at this time, only 1 audio device works at a time, and that is not great for my aging ears. I prefer earbuds for myself, and a soundbar for the family. The only way that I can see that happening is to split the one Optical port and go to two devices... Overall, I like the TV and I'm getting used to Google TV.

I am seriously blown away by this TV. The picture quality is absolutely stunning, especially in bright rooms where other TVs struggle — this one holds its own without any issues. Colors are vibrant, brightness is excellent, and the overall performance is smooth and reliable. What really sets it apart is the Google TV interface. It’s hands-down the best smart TV platform I’ve used. It’s intuitive, fast, and actually helpful in surfacing content I want to watch. No bloat, no lag — just a clean, modern interface that works. You’re getting what feels like a premium-level TV at a very reasonable, middle-of-the-road price. If you want great performance, excellent software, and a screen that looks amazing in all lighting conditions, this is the one to get. Easily five stars.

This tv is only one of two that I have ever heard the built in speakers and was blown away, the other being that horrible looking Sony from back in like 2013 -2015 with the speakers built into the bezel to the side of the screen. Does it beat a surround sound no but you don’t need a sound bar that’s for sure!

I came to Best Buy to buy the QM7K 55" but ended up with the QM5K and am very happy with my purchase. in the store there was really no discernable difference and I decided to go with a 65 which I feared might be too big, but it is working fine. The price difference for value, I am very happy with this tv. I was coming from CRT tv, perfect pics etc, not wanting to go to the newer tv 's that seem to need replacing every couple of years and the cost to transition, but when the Tigers were no longer on WOW cable and my bill is outrageous, I made the switch, I am glad I did. The TV was very easy to set up and adjust, I am not using the wifi, I have a box, it is really intuitive so no tech skills necessary. I turned to backlight and the other brightness down to about 60-70% my tv repair man said that will give the tv a lot more longevity. but I have had no issues so far, have had the tv for a month+

This is a surprisingly nice television. Coming from only Samsung for years, I really like the interface and remote way better. Picture quality is fantastic and it actually has great sound too. Very happy and would recommend.

TCL is a new line of TV's. The model I bought had the optical port that most of the other brands did not offer. So far has a great picture, thin design and an affordable price. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Great tv, would probably get the qm6k for the 144hz refresh rate. I can still get 120fps on the 5k on my Xbox series x, but I am sure the other one is smoother. Running games at 4k at 60fps with hdr and everything else enabled is great. I use a soundbar so not sure about the speakers. I wish there was multiple 2.1 hdmi ports so I could have my sound bar and Xbox on 2.1. Run the soundbar off optical which is is fine. If you are not a gamer this is a great tv, if you are a gamer, pay the extra and get the 6k.

Good picture. Speakers sounded as good as my old 50 watt sound bar, so no need to purchase a sound bar. Voice remote works great. Great price on Sale. The Google platform takes about 10 seconds to fully load when you first turn it on which is a little annoying.

Found tv on sale for 4th of July. Light weight, really nice picture, wasn't comfortable going away from big 3 tv makers but was pleasantly surprised. Easy setup and so far so good on durability. Has subs on back still needs a sound bar.

My wife and I got this tv for playing games. It has a crystal clear picture and the graphics for our Xbox are fantastic! I havent noticed it having any trouble with the high frame rate games…but that being said, it’s my first Google tv. All my others have been Roku tv’s. So it just might be me getting used to a different platform, but it took me a little while to figure everything out. Setup was easy, it just felt a little complicated. So keep that in mind if you’ve never had a Google based tv before.

I have a ps5, and i get picky about the color and contrast and this TV sets it automatically in a dedicated game mode. Deep blacks, vivid true to life colors, and the bright colors are bright as expected. I know whoever made this TV know what a game mode is, because you can even preset it for RPGs, and the simulated 144hz mode has the picture cars racing. I always wanted a sony OLED, but i cant pay $1000+ for a TV. I got this on sale for $500, and its pretty close to the quality of the OLED, so its good enough for me!

We bought this Tv in the store in Florence, SC and the TV is great no issues but the customer service wasn't. The employees that insisted on helping us load it into our car constantly told us it would not fit and the only way it would fit they didn't think it should go like that. After 30 minutes I finally convinced them and they loaded it into my car and then stated that it was going to break on the way home like that. The TV did not crack and works perfect.

Had always bought Samsung TV's; they are great. Took a chance and purchased my first TCL because I could get installation and old TV removal for less cost than a 65" Samsung. I made a great decision. The picture is bright and vivid. The colors are awesome. Very happy with purchase.

Wonderful television with an amazing picture and sound. We were lucky enough to catch this on sale at Best Buy and was able to walk right in the store and get it with no issues. I highly recommend this T.V if you are in need of an upgrade and don't want to go to the high end side, but want something better than the entry level then this is a terrific option.

This is a replacement for a prevous defective one that was dead on arrival. The reason for only a four star was because of a one week delay on getting the replacement. First they send a technician to confirm that it was defective and they order the replacement that added an additional week delay as previously stated. No TVviewing from August 26 until September 9. Hopefully the new one will be good.

TV is great for the price point. The picture quality is excellent, at least for my eyes. The only bad is that the built in smart features lag a bit but I use a firestick most of the time so it doesn’t bother me. I did purchase the 5yr warranty due to longevity concerns but for an extra $80 I know I have a solid tv for at least the next 5 years.

This TV is an excellent product for the price! Beautiful, clear picture with sound that doesn't need a huge system. When family members came by and saw my new TV, they immediately wanted one for their home. I'm very satisfied with it overall.
