Right out of the box, i was a little dissappointed with the picture, however after a couple of days the picture quality got better some how and im extremely happy everything! Picture is actually really really good! User interface is really easy, overall im really happy with this tv, and for the price you really cant beat it. Ive always had samsung or lg but im so happy i got this one.

I'm not a TV expert, but this is the best looking 4k TV I own, the mini LCD looks amazing and the sound is good though sometimes the voice gets lost over booming music in movies. However at 399.99 I think is a deal in what you get with this picture, the difference is very noticeable, even more when we went from 1080 to 4k, this is really next level, highly recommend. Oh the delivery team was awesome, always communicating as they got closer and they'll put it wherever you want even up stairs.

Nice replacement of an older 1080p plasma TV. Not using the built-in Smart options but hooked up a 4K Dolby Vision Roku and the picture quality is great! I don't use the built-in sound but have tried it out and it isn't great, recommend a separate sound system. For the price I couldn't pass it up, 4x less than what I paid for a same sized Sony a few weeks prior, but knew what I was getting into.

As a senior and first time user of the TLC 65QM5K QD-Mini LED Google TV, i am amazed by the constellation of features all of which are easy to access and program thru the dynamic hdmi /ethernet/usb portals and remote layout and functionality. I love the picture quality as I enjoy watching professional sports' like NBA and NFL games. Haven't figured out how to operate the muitiscreen feature even after using troubleshooting and phone customer service solutions. Never-ending, I am very satisfied with TCL.

It’s a quite good TV for the price. Blacks are not as good as an OLED but you’re getting something solid for a fraction of the price. I would not pay more than 450-500$ for it though. So be on the look out for a good offer. I forgot to mention that google tv has many perks including Steam link or moonlight capabilities. But one down side of that is the Ethernet port limited speed. It’s an overall good TV, picture quality, size and tech.

My experience with Best Buy from start to finish was excellent! The salesman at the store knowledgeable and helpful. After I made the purchase I had there people come to my home for installation it was great! The installers were both friendly and very helpful Bestbuy has the BEST employees who truly care about their customers. They are well trained and treat you with the utmost respect. This weekend I will go to there store and talk with them about purchasing a home computer. There installer followed up 2 days later and asked if I had any problems or concerns. Great follow up.

actually it's pretry good it has a large hard drive built in the tv and it has google play which works great along with the tlc free movie the only thing it doesnt have are the 3.5 headphones jack for my headset that was a bummer pleasendont listen to the people in best buy they have no clue they are the ones that told me that it has the headphones connection but its a good tv regardless

Upgrading from a 32in tv that wasnt 4k this tv has been insanely awesome lol. The quality is perfect. The tv isn’t heavy. The speakers will blow you out of the room. I have zero complaints about the tv. Also the game mode setup is great for console gamers

Love Love Love, this tv, previously had TCL Roku 55” tv. Never liked the Roku format gor 7 years. Love the ease of Google format. Recomehd 1000%

I love my new TV! Very good quality! Everything looks so clear. My old TV was ok, but the moment I turned it on I noticed the quality was not good because it was really pixelated. The TCL however is the best! The details when watching movies and soccer games is awesome!! This TV also has speakers on the back so the sound is the best!

Excellent tv with a great picture. The sound is amazing, we don’t use our soundbar anymore. I would definitely recommend this television.

Its not a bad tv once u adjust the motion its a good tv the sound is amazing the picture is good gaming is great only issue is the motion

It’s a great looking tv. Sound is ok. Remote is not as good as a cheaper tcl tv that we have and the menu is quite slow. Overall it’s a good tv

This TCL QM5K was a great purchase on sale for the class size. Picture is clear and crisp. Sound is good even without a sound bar. Set of TV was a little long and drawn-out paging through all of the screens.

Excellent size, picture quality, user experience, and contrast. The TV is bright, but it could be brighter especially if there are windows or other sources of natural light. However, for the price and considering the other features, this TV far exceeded my expectations.

( Purchased 10 days ago ) So far so good. This 65" TV was on sale for $499.00. For the price you can't beat it. To me it looks as good as sets costing 3 times as much. On an aside, I was pleasantly surprised with great customer service and assistance 3 different store employees.
