Nice replacement of an older 1080p plasma TV. Not using the built-in Smart options but hooked up a 4K Dolby Vision Roku and the picture quality is great! I don't use the built-in sound but have tried it out and it isn't great, recommend a separate sound system. For the price I couldn't pass it up, 4x less than what I paid for a same sized Sony a few weeks prior, but knew what I was getting into.

actually it's pretry good it has a large hard drive built in the tv and it has google play which works great along with the tlc free movie the only thing it doesnt have are the 3.5 headphones jack for my headset that was a bummer pleasendont listen to the people in best buy they have no clue they are the ones that told me that it has the headphones connection but its a good tv regardless

This tv is very good looking and they made it super easy to set up. The mini led really loads dark and bright colors well. It loads apps very fast and they make it easy to find where to add new apps. If your in look for a new pc this is a very good tv for the price I love mine and for sure would buy again if I need to.

I'm absolutely loving my new TCL QM5. For a budget-friendly K-Series TV, the picture quality is incredibly sharp, and the brightness genuinely blew me away right out of the box. The colors pop, and watching movies at night feels like a total upgrade. Setting it up was a breeze, and the smart interface is smooth and responsive. Honestly, if you want massive performance without spending a fortune, this TV is an absolute home run.

My wife and I got this tv for playing games. It has a crystal clear picture and the graphics for our Xbox are fantastic! I havent noticed it having any trouble with the high frame rate games…but that being said, it’s my first Google tv. All my others have been Roku tv’s. So it just might be me getting used to a different platform, but it took me a little while to figure everything out. Setup was easy, it just felt a little complicated. So keep that in mind if you’ve never had a Google based tv before.

I’m extremely happy with this TV. The picture quality is stunning very bright with deep blacks and vibrant colors. The QD-Mini LED makes a huge difference, especially for movies and sports. Google TV is fast, easy to use, and has all the apps I need. Setup took less than 10 minutes. For the price, this TV exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth it.

Excellent TV, brightness Excellent , picture quality Excellent

The picture quality of this TV is great considering this is "entry level" mini led. Honestly the only complaint i have is with the motion processesing. There are visible artifacts when i have the motion processesing on any other setting besides "Nature Documentary". But the picture quality continues to impress me, and makes the other TV's in my house look terrible in comparison.

We bought this Tv in the store in Florence, SC and the TV is great no issues but the customer service wasn't. The employees that insisted on helping us load it into our car constantly told us it would not fit and the only way it would fit they didn't think it should go like that. After 30 minutes I finally convinced them and they loaded it into my car and then stated that it was going to break on the way home like that. The TV did not crack and works perfect.

This TV was better than I expected. A bit more time to setup with the Google registration but it was worth it. The 65" picture is incredible. Very easy to install all my streaming apps and navigate them. The sale price of $400 made it even sweeter! I would say buy it if you want a great TV.

I purchased this product because I wanted the mini LED option. The picture is good, although the film coding on it if you have a window open, you will get some reflection. The sound generally works good, but it seems to get really confused with Dolby sound movies. I’ve messed around with the processing and threw it into standard mode instead of intelligent mode and that seemed to help a little bit. I do have a sound bar and I’m thinking about hooking that back up. But would I buy the TV again? Probably.

TV seems good, our remote is not working properly. Battery icon keeps showing and we’ve changed it 3 times in a week. Going to see about a replacement one

Wow - this TCL 65" tv is AWESOME! Everything is so much clearer/detailed, so many stations hooked to my antenna, and it was on sale!! Best Buy is great!! Compared to the other brands based on price and details - cant be beat. My neighbor said "cheap" but wgen i watch their tv - i don't see a difference!!
