Great TV for the price - its not an OLED but if your a basic TV watcher that doesnt to too much fast motion sports or gaming its fine as it only does 60hz 4k / hdr Looks great mounted - needs an external sound system because while loud the internal speakers are a bit muffled

We bought this Tv in the store in Florence, SC and the TV is great no issues but the customer service wasn't. The employees that insisted on helping us load it into our car constantly told us it would not fit and the only way it would fit they didn't think it should go like that. After 30 minutes I finally convinced them and they loaded it into my car and then stated that it was going to break on the way home like that. The TV did not crack and works perfect.

This TCL TV blew me away. The clarity is outstanding colors pop, motion is smooth, and everything looks incredibly detailed. What really impressed me is the sound. I expected to need a sound bar, but honestly, the built-in speaker system is powerful and balanced enough on its own. On top of that, glare from my windows doesn’t affect the viewing experience, which was a huge concern for me. For the price and performance, this TV is a home run.

This television is amazing, beautiful picture quality and I fell in love with the Google operating system as well , it even has decent audio through the factory speakers, it’s my Fourth TCL smart television.

This has been a great purchase. We have had no issues with it thus far and don't anticipate to! It's compatible with all our streaming apps and external devices (gaming, blu-ray, etc). Beautiful viewing!

Picture is excellent and I love the Google Platform. I was very excited to get Mini QLED for a reasonable price. TCL has come a long way.

Cinema in my living room. From superhero movies to Saturday cartoons, the colors are vibrant and the picture is so crisp I feel like I can jump into the screen. Popcorn mandatory :D

Had always bought Samsung TV's; they are great. Took a chance and purchased my first TCL because I could get installation and old TV removal for less cost than a 65" Samsung. I made a great decision. The picture is bright and vivid. The colors are awesome. Very happy with purchase.

TV is great for the price point. The picture quality is excellent, at least for my eyes. The only bad is that the built in smart features lag a bit but I use a firestick most of the time so it doesn’t bother me. I did purchase the 5yr warranty due to longevity concerns but for an extra $80 I know I have a solid tv for at least the next 5 years.

Wonderful television with an amazing picture and sound. We were lucky enough to catch this on sale at Best Buy and was able to walk right in the store and get it with no issues. I highly recommend this T.V if you are in need of an upgrade and don't want to go to the high end side, but want something better than the entry level then this is a terrific option.

Right out of the box, i was a little dissappointed with the picture, however after a couple of days the picture quality got better some how and im extremely happy everything! Picture is actually really really good! User interface is really easy, overall im really happy with this tv, and for the price you really cant beat it. Ive always had samsung or lg but im so happy i got this one.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this TV. We have it placed above our mantel and there's a lot of natural light that comes in from our windows, so we needed a TV that was affordable, but somewhat 'diluted' the natural light and reduced glare. This TV does that. It's not the most perfect solution and of course there are more expensive products that probably do more, but this has been a great TV for us.

Very happy with this purchase. The picture looks great, sound is better than I’d expected, and gaming features make it super enjoyable. Highly recommend the qm5-9k line.
