Picture beautiful until it failed after 4 months

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked really well for four months, then the picture went bad (jumps around and overlaps). I reached out to TCL via chat and will follow their troubleshooting steps that they will email me. Then, if those steps don't work, I was asked to respond to the email with a video clip showing the problem in order to initiate a warranty claim. Before it went out, I was perfectly happy with the picture in our livingroom during the bright daytime and dark nighttime. A bit annoyed that it doesn't work well with my older receiver. Needs one that takes eArc. My ratings assume this is a hardware/software issue that TCL will fix under warranty.
