Almost was worth it…

However, it came damaged out of the box but with no visible damage. I do recommend this TV and TCL as a great mid range budget TV. I just happened to draw the short straw. Best Buy was able to swap it out with a different model with no issues.

No brightness in the TV

Setting it up with a little hard because I did it by myself. I tried for three or four days tried to get the picture quality to my satisfaction, but couldn’t get it there so I returned it and expected another one this coming week.

TV freezes with black screen

The tv will freeze coming out of an advertisement and the screen goes black. Has been soft reset and full factory reset (just love wasting a day re-setting up a tv especially when the reset didn’t work) as per TCL tech support. I give up
