No brightness in the TV

Setting it up with a little hard because I did it by myself. I tried for three or four days tried to get the picture quality to my satisfaction, but couldn’t get it there so I returned it and expected another one this coming week.

TV freezes with black screen

The tv will freeze coming out of an advertisement and the screen goes black. Has been soft reset and full factory reset (just love wasting a day re-setting up a tv especially when the reset didn’t work) as per TCL tech support. I give up

Very happy with purchase.

Our set is across the room from two large windows and tv is bright enough that even at mid-day the reflection is barely noticeable. Very happy with purchase. Tv was delivered when scheduled and the delivery men placed the box where I asked. I installed it myself and had it up and running in a half hour.

No ability to add a sound bar???
