    After having the tv for 6 weeks, it developed a green pixel line thru the middle of the tv. I arranged to have another tv exchanged for it with home delivery. However, I found out that there was a tv available at another store location & decided to pick it up myself instead of having it delivered. When they tried to do the exchange, the computer would not let them because it was set up for home delivery. It took two managers & a phone call to corporate to enable them to let me exchange it in their store! That is absolutely ridiculous & absurd! I was fortunate that the manager was patient & took care of it for me. What should have taken 15 minutes or less took almost an hour and a half....again, ridiculous! I sure hope this tv works for more than 6 weeks

    Beautiful TV. Well worth the price. Had some minor issues up front that just needed software updates. Still awaiting V208 update that should fix the Dirty Screen effect appearance. If that update works then will update to 5 star as everything else has been great!!

    Very nice quality/luxury TV for the price point and what it offers. If TVs were compared to cars, Samsung, Sony, and LG would be luxury cars like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. This TCL TV would be the equivalent of a Cadillac--all the luxury without the steep price.
