The customer reviews were all good. (I always read the 1-star reviews to see if there's a recurring issue, but most of those were delivery or damage issues, not the TV itself.) And the set has not disappointed.

get bravia 9 instead if you can afford it

Blurrrrr ! Awful for live Sports !

It blurs a great deal and makes action almost unwatchable. I sent their Tech support videos. Full resets. Between TCL and the Geek squad I spent hours on the phone. Finally , they agreed and wanted me to ship it back for refund. Best Buy was not much better, but took it back, when I met with their management. TCL actually admitted that there is a flaw with their motion , and cannot provide a fix
