    The TV is great but I am giving 1 star for the horrible service I had to put up with from Best Buy. I bought the TV during a black Friday deal the day before Thanksgiving, I needed to replace my TV as soon as possible and saw it was ready for pickup the following day. In the morning I woke up to an email saying the TV was delayed and best buy gave no reason. I waited a week to call back when I was told it will be ready by the end of the week. When I heard no news I called back only to hear the same thing. I was getting frustrated because the whole reason I purchased this TV was because it was available the next day for pickup and here I am waiting 2 weeks. I threatened to cancel my order and finally they said there is a best buy with 12 of the same model tvs available, this whole time they could've said this and they didn't. I won't be shopping here again

    Brand new TV used less than 5 hours. Turned it on today, and no sound at all. Checked to see if the mute button had been pressed and it hadn't. Checked audio settings, nothing would get the audio to work. Unplugged the TV and waited 10 minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on, and the audio came back. There is obviously something wrong with the TV, and I hope this doesn't keep happening or I'll have to buy a soundbar I guess... Not happy. Be careful buying ANY TCL products, even the expensive ones. I have had serious problems with other TCL products in the past, and I should have known better.

    This is an excellent tv where there are many things to love and a few characteristics that are not deal breakers but could be improved. First, this tv has all the smart features any novice or expert would be pleased with. The google tv functionality has very easy setup, including getting you connected to your network in a snap. The streaming apps available are all the usual ones you’d expect to find such as Netflix, Prime , Max and so on. The apps are very responsive and launch with no delay with smooth playback and functionality. This tv has peak brightness. It looks excellent in a bright room and looks excellent in a dark room with vibrant colors, deep black levels with no blooming and contrast is exceptional. It wasn’t perfect out of the box so it does require a little bit of a tweak to get optimal picture. The audio is above average with Dolby Atmos and fills an average size room with plenty of theater like sound. I would recommend a secondary sound system as with most tvs. I am not a huge gamer but the performance was amazing on my PS5. The 144Hz refresh rate and VRR support makes gaming an electric experience with zero lag. The graphics looked amazing and gameplay was smooth. As far as streaming viewing, the 4k ultra HD I provides an outstanding picture and for an everyday tv you will be pleased. The viewing angles were good as I didn’t really notice any drop in quality when viewing from the side. The only slight issue I ran into was the glossy screen finish did provide a bit of a glare with overhead lights. It wasn’t a deal breaker but it was a minor annoyance and why I could not give the full 5 stars. It is a common issue with glare when you have a glossy screen. I see this in most tvs. Most probably will not watch tv with overhead lights on full brightness but if you have a bright sun hitting the screen please beware of a potential glare. All in all I think this is a tv that will provide excellent entertainment viewing with a bonus if you are a gamer.

    Junk TV, TCL Customer service and QC

    Worst TV i've purchased. From day one this TV has been terrible. It creeks and groans every 10 minutes. The remote kills 10% of it's battery EVERY SINGLE DAY. You cannot return the TV to Best Buy you must use TCL and they dont' even list a phone number for customer support on their site when you try and get support. This experince 1. has me second guessing ever spending money at Best Buy if they wont' directly take the return. 2. Buy another TCL TV in my entire life. This TV replaced a 2018 TCL which I should have kept, TCL has lost quality control and poor customer support. I HATE this TV and trust me there is now way that it lasts more than 2 years. It's complete JUNK.

    Have sony bravia 9 in my living room got this tv to test it out in another room it's okay! but it's bravia 9 for me all day everyday. but for someone that want a good value mini led this is the mini led for you.

    Poor picture quality, not worth the money. Not sure how this model got decent reviews unless I got a lemon. The ten year old tv this was supposed to replace has much better picture.

    I upgraded from a Fire TV and never looked back! The brightness is impressive and the colors pop. Only thing I had to adjust was the motion settings out of the box to prevent some minor jutter.

    The picture is awesome. Its bright and easy to see even in sunny living room with the sun on screen. The sound quality is awesome haven't even hooked up the sound entertainment system.

    Set up was simple. Just plug in and enter your account. TV comes with LOTS of channels. LOTS of free channels. The 2 speakers on the back of the tv give such an awesome base sound to game play and movies. Surround sound truly is appreciated. The 4K is so amazing, you can see the details of the characters from your favorite games. The colors are so vibrant that playing games with very detailed art, colors and movement, levels up the experience to, WOW. Don't forget to take off the layer of clear plastic going across the entire screen. While playing video games in surround sound mode, I found myself looking around as the sounds were expanding around the room. The base does an amazing job of bringing the thumps, crashes, punches, smashing to life. There are scenes during some games that feel almost like you can be part of the screen and be IN the game. The stand is sturdy and was easy to mount to the tv. Being it's a Google TV, you can quickly and easily sign in with a google account and get going on installing apps, allowing for flow of accounts and information you want to allow to get your experience to go smoother. A great feature, is the Burn screen feature, where you have the tv setting so that if the screen isn't active for a certain amount of time, it'll go into sleep mode but won't shut off, thereby saving your tv from getting that burnt image on it. I love this Google 4K TV. I highly recommend this tv to anyone, especially gamers who want that ultra gaming experience. I also think it makes a great family tv for those who truly want a theater like experience.

    Great TV, better customer service

    With all of the choices and fancy jargon around TVs these days, I read a lot, but thought it best to go to a good old-fashioned store to talk to someone about my choices. We got lucky at our store and found Ethan. He really knew his stuff and talked me out of a questionable idea or two, and ultimately agreed on the brand and size I wanted, then really drilled into my needs and uses of the TV to recommend the correct model. As great as Ethan made us feel about our pending purchase, we decided to wait until the TV went on a better sale - when the price finally did drop to where I wanted it, we went back to the store, where Ethan remembered us and got rolling on ordernig us a TV with delivery. You're told to not expect good customer service any more, but the people who write that never met Ethan ;) Ultimately made me feel great about a very large purchase. My wife says I probably should not mention his nice dimples in this review; not sure why she brought that up. :-)
