    The tv would not power on. Therefore, I Had to return this TV the same day I picked it up. The store swooped the defective tv out for another one and almost 3 months later I started having problems with the picture quality. Luckily, I purchased a five year warranty and was able to call GeekSquad.

    Incredibly clean bright picture. The build in speakers are almost as good as my surround sound

    TV works great is a ok price. Just dont move it what so ever. The screen is so thin that if you grab it wrong it cracks. Dont buy the Geek Squad Warrenty either. Not work the money. Makes me not what to ever buy anything else from Best Buy.

Additionally, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty.
