Sound Delay

We are taking it back today. When watching cable there was a 3-4 second delay on sound after changing the channel. There seems to be a major issue with this TV and the way it interfaces with Spectrum cable. I spent about an hour on the phone with TCL customer service trying to fix the problem and we were not successful.

Better buy extended warranty

They won’t replace it and there is no picture. I can Get sound but no picture. Really 1 month after the warranty is up. Worst Tv I ever Purchased.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
