You probably know what you're getting when you buy a big cheap TV like this. The built-in apps are slow, there aren't a lot of customization options, the color and brightness aren't great, HDMI-CEC support is lacking, the TV speakers suck, etc., etc. I do recommend it if you can get it on sale and will use it in a secondary room. Just don't use this as your main TV or you'll probably be disappointed.

loving it so far. AndroidTV is the way to go for smart tvs. you are not limited to a brands apps, you get more of the android market. I am using my XBOX SeriesX on this TV mostly and it works great.

Excellent tv. Can install android app and even use apk for apps not in the store. Colors are good and has bluetooth which is great for pairing 3d bluetooth surround sound speakers.

This Tv is awesome . I needed a large tv with a clear picture that could been seen at a distance . This TCL fills the bill . Thank you Best Buy for always having what I need .

Worth the money! Big and awesome, initially it was little slow to navigate but with recent updates, its fast and good. Wifi remote helps as well. Picture quality is great!

I am surprised that I paid $500 for this TV and it looks stunning. It has a simple remote with dedicated buttons for Netflix and Youtube. The interface is nice and snappy. Granted, the image is not perfect but I can't complain at the sale price. The only 2 Cons is that the power cord is on one side and the inputs are on the other side on the back. Power cord might not reach. And that when gradient colors are shown sometimes they look pixelated as if there was no blending/fading. Overall, Im really happy with my purchase and recommend this TV.

We are using this TV as a display in a manufacturing facility. So far, so good. I would buy again, especially for what i paid $500.

Great TV, even better price. Few buttons on the remote, easy to use. As the apps are just there. Like the ability to sideload .apk files/apps

So far so good. I did lose sound but quickly fixed by unplugging and plugging back in. Price was good and has lots of features

Cannot download Disney Plus App. There is a picture of Disney Plus on the box, and it is listed as one of the compatible apps, but when you try to download it, the TV says "Not compatible with this device" We did not want to have to add a fire stick or cast from a phone every time we watched something on Disney Plus, so we rerurned the TV. So sad! Everything else...picture quality, sound, system setup...was great.

Good value for the price. The TV had trouble connecting to the Wifi some times at the beginning. Now it is ok. Image quality good enough for us but we are not so picky. 75” is a steal.

Image is spectacular! Processing for different multimedia is super fast. Clean look and presentation. Box and packaging was very safe and secure. Smart interaction is very user friendly

Great tv for SDR content. Unbelievable for the price. Really lacks in HDR, but that is to be expected in this class of tv.

Good sound, good quality; some strain getting Fire Stick to hook up. Had to call customer service once; very helpful. All & all, love our new theater room TV

I would recommend that everyone stay away from this unless price is the only thing driving your decision. The Android TV OS sucks. It’s very non-responsive and very confusing. It has 3-4 different areas you have to visit in order to fully customize your Home Screen. There are no settings for audio output. Setting it up was difficult as it wouldn’t recognize my Ethernet cable, the same CAT-6 cable I was using a mere 5 minutes prior with my AppleTV. The settings page is awkward, confusing, and poorly developed. Speaking of audio output, I use a fiber optic audio cable to go to my sound bar, and there’s a distinct audio sync issue when used. As a result, you can’t use any external speakers coupled with the internal speakers. You hear “doublespeak” attempting to do so. The remote is flimsy, poorly made and the key placement is poorly designed. The IR receiver on the TV is poor at getting signals from the remote that are off to the side only slight off center. Picture quality is reasonably good I admit, especially for the $500 I paid for it, but the experience of using it is making that $500 less and less a bargain by the day.

Excellent TV for the price. Picture quality is not the best, but for black Friday price this delivers above expectation.

Wonderful tw and sharp color and image. this is a great addition to the family room and a great price. I recommend getting the protection plan due to the sheer size of the thing

Ok so maybe a little sceptical at first with the TCL brand but this TV is awesome. 75 inches for 499$ is a steal. This tv easily looks as good as a samsung or LG. GREAT deal!
