    Currently have this tv which I bought a year and half ago. Was watching a movie and heard a popping sound come from the back of the tv, followed by a burning smell. Now it doesn’t work. Super disappointed that’s all we got out of it. The tv was fine up until that point. Can’t say I’ll buy another TCL because of this experience.

    Great value. We purchased three TCLs, 2 Roku and 1 Android, and the Roku systems are far better than the Android.

    The tv is great for the value but the android tv os is really laggy which gets annoying as sometimes the input gets frozen and then works altogether.

    Have to reboot a few times to play a HDR movie through the USB port, Bluetooth through headphones could be louder other than that so far pretty good TV

    For $499 it was definitely bang for your buck. Only flaw I’m seeing is the Android OS, it lags at times. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase.

    Android blocks certain apps that Roku does not.

    The ONLY reason I got this TV was Black Friday. I'm used to Roku and didnt even realize this was NOT Roku until I set it up. The layout took some getting used to. Plus, Android blocks certain "adult" apps so you can't even get those "channels". I don't appreciate the limitations... being told what I can and can't watch! We have enough of that nonsense and control issues in our every day lives with this Covid Crap!

    I could not get Disney+ to work on this tv. I ended up returning the TV and purchasing a Hisense roku tv instead.

    I have only had my 75-in TCL Android TV a little over a year I bought it in March of 21 and it is already black screen and don't do nothing very weak intelligence and no easy fixes for it on the internet

    Dont buy cheap tvs!!! Lasted just over a year and now is out of warranty..... screen keeps flashing different colors while watching... If you do buy a cheap tv GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! Will never buy TCL again

    The picture quality is OK but the TV is very slow in responding to the remote for volume changes and app selections. We have been through all the help processes with TCL and are waiting for them to decide if they are going to fix a TV that is less than 6 months old. I tried getting assistance from Best Buy but they just referred me to TC L again and TCL gives lip service promising to get back to me but they never do. I do not recommend this product and based on the lack of assistance I have been given by Best Buy I can't recommend them as a retailer either.
