We upgraded from a 55 inch TCL Roku TV to the 75 inch newer model. The picture has improved, but the software is much slower, the remote isn’t as responsive, and the TV keeps disconnecting from the internet. We’ve had it for 4 days and we’ve had to completely pull the power out 3 times so far, just to get it to work. Best Buy says we can return it by bringing it to the store, but I have no way of transporting such a large/heavy box. I really regret this purchase. I wish I’d spent a little more on something else.

This is an amazing TV once you learn or figure out how to work it. It just sucks when you add the channels you want, its limited or you have to pay for the channels. Not a big deal if you already have Netflix, hulu and/or roku..

purchased for group presentations under highly variable conditions. only one major project so far, we got the experience we wanted. Good view and clairity from many angles.

I love these TCL TVs they are really easy to setup. They have a lot of apps available. This 75" model could have a little better picture and the weight was more than I anticipated (103 lbs). My 65" was a lot lighter.

I bought this TV since my projector died and didn't wanna go back to a normal sized TV after I got used to my 100" projector (RIP old friend). The size and quality of the image for the price is just perfect. Not a cinephile or anything but I love this TV and have had 0 issues with it.

After a month, the speaker was on but nothing appeared on screen. I unplugged for about a few seconds and it came back on. This is the only type of tv i buy, I also have two 55 inches in each bedroom. Have had these tv for more than 3 years. Like i say great buy

For the price and size of this television you're getting a great deal. It has the top streaming platforms already installed and a "not bad" picture quality. Get a sound bar or theater sound system.

The tv picture is great and all the features make the tv worth buying IF you don’t plan on hooking up a sound bar. I have a really high end sound bar system and could get almost no output from the optical audio port. I thought it might be just that specific tv so they delivered another one and it had the same issue. I then got the lg75 inch and it’s night and day difference with the output . So beware

The tv is great overall, no real issues other than it appeared to freeze once, but haven't had it long enough, to see if there is something else that may be going on with it.

We recently bought this TV in replace of the Hisense 75” Roku TV, and I must say I thought it was going to be better, but it’s not. The picture quality is horrible, very pixelated, the sound quality is very quiet, literally turn it up to 80-90 and it sounds like a normal sounding TV, it comes with connections for a sound bar and directions as well for one and I definitely see why. There is nothing in the settings to fix the picture or sound either like you can with non roku TVs. Definitely wish we would of chose something else!
