Good TV for the price

day 12 POP BANG SQUAT

At that point a large pop was heard and it never came on again. If this happened just 3 days later I would have not been able to return it. Now I am stuck with figuring out how to get it to the store after paying $200 for delivery and install. Also most stores refuse to take returns when the item is purchased online. The GMs don't think it's fair to them to have this against there store. Not sure how that helps the customer.

Blew up

Very dissapointed!!!

TV WENT OUT 4 MONTHS LATER NO WARRANTY HELP

We bought a 75" and the brightness is SO dark you can't even watch tv (even with us turning everything to brighter*). Well, the warranty company won't do anything, I said its 60% darker than my 65" tcl and the warranty department said: "Well, that model of tv it won't be bright it's going to be darker than the 65".. im like but my old LG 75" that was 6 years old was brighter, his response "well, it's just the model".. so, their warranty sucks even with supply photos to them.. If you want a tv with NO WARRANTY go with this company, they don't warranty anything at all.
