    After 6 months TV not working correctly - TCL customer support suggested factory reset which fix the problem Now 5 months later TV picture is blank After talking through all trouble shooting with TCL support it appears the backlight will need to be replaced - this is one of the first time I didn’t get the extended warranty I am lucky this happened before the first year was up still under manufactures warranty

    DO NOT BUY - stopped working in 13 months

    14 months after purchasing and it’s garbage. Black screen appears and TCL support says there is nothing that can be done. Literally 2 months outside of warranty and TCL says there is nothing that can be done. Will never by TCL again and never anything again from BB. This should be illegal.

    Buying display tvs

    The hdmi stopped working 1 month after purchase. Manufacturer had to come fix which was quite a hassle.

    Don’t Buy!

    We purchased this TV one year and four months ago and it just died. Looked online to find many others had experienced the same issue. The screen went black/blue yet the audio continued to work. We tried many of the suggestions noted online to no avail. Extremely disappointed and will never purchase a TCL tv again.

    Connectivity Issue and Best Buy Won’t take back

    No pictures at all.

    After only a few months, the screen is completely black. I spent a long time trying to reset the TV, but the problem is still there. Sounds is working, but no pictures at all. Very disappointed about the quality.

    Died after just 17 months!

    This TV lasted just 17 months and the display failed. Out of warranty so TCL said no replacement and it was TCL Service told me it was “not repairable”. It seemed like a good deal at purchase, but very expensive for the limited time I was able to use it. I will never buy another TCL product. Do Not Buy!!!

    Extremely disappointed

    We ordered this tv almost a month to date. Finally got a stand and set it up. We sit down to turn it on and the tv has a white crack and only displays black light. The employee that sold it to us said the protection plan would not cover any damages that may happen to the product outside of the manufacturer warranty. Hundreds of dollars down the drain.

    Garbage

    Everyone of the tcl tvs I've bought break down after two years. Complete garbage. I have replaced all the parts. including the LEDs. They are a pain to fix but I won't be buying anymore. The company is garbage.

    Committed suicide after only hours of service! WE were watching when all of a sudden it all went black. No way we could revive it. Our son, who's an electronics engineer, tried to come to our aid. To no avail. I'll never buy this brand again! Ever!

    Poor Picture Quality

    I purchased this TV and returned it as soon as I turned it on. The picture quality is subpar. I turned to several channels and each show was blurry. I returned it and purchased a 70 inch Samsung 6 series.

    don't buy a tcl tv bought this a little over a year ago screen went black only audio contacted tcl didn't try to work with me just said out of warranty to bad i would get that if it was 3 or 4 years old but a year and a half will never buy another tcl

    TV only worked 11 months

    This TV screen went black after 11 months. It was easy to find others online with the same issue. TCL sent a technician but he could not get it to work. It was his third repair of the same type of problem that day. It is covered under the manufacturers warranty.

    Junk no repairs available… It was Well taken care of, lasted 1.5 years, screen went black… Best Buy and manufacture said there are no repair options and no warranty because I didn’t buy the extended warranty…. Looks like I’m buying a different brand…

    I guess I am one of the unfortunate ones who tv has gone bad. Just 4days shy of the 1year warranty, my tv decide to go “BLACK”. I can hear sounds but no picture. Out of nowhere, it decide to give up. I loved everything about this tv until this.

    Horrible do not buy TCL anything. TV has had issues since day one! Now 2 weeks past the 1 year warranty it completely goes out. Customer service was helpful but we are out $700! And still need a new TV!
