Sound but no Video

I spent a long time trying to reset the TV, but the problem is still there. Sounds is working, but no pictures at all. Very disappointed about the quality.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. TV died 1 month after the 1 year warranty was up!

apps will not load

TV is heavier than most at this size making it a little more difficult to mount on the wall. And the USB does not play all videos on my hard drive it does play most though but not all. And last but not least its not as thin as other TVs out there around this price. Now the pros: great picture for the price very nice!! Streaming on the TV through sling has been flawless no lag. And of course a huge TV for a decent price. Overall the TV is great just wish it weighted a little less like around 55lbs or so would be nice

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were talked into an 8series LG 65” being told that the processor was “so much better” and for the price ($599) there was nothing else we would be happy with. We took the LG back in 5 days because the picture was blurry on simple tv shows and weren’t impressed with the size. Spent $100 more for this tv and dang!! Picture is way better and size is way more impressive. I spent a few hours fine tuning the LG picture, and it still wasn’t as good as this tv out of the box. I’m normally a name brand guy, but In this case, the TCL wins hands down. Audio is good, picture is very crisp, and haven’t even fine tuned the settings. Don’t hesitate. Go for it.
