Tv still working 4 years later expect brand love it

Nice TV. Works well. Clear picture. Nice to have Roku built in. Absolutely hate the remote. It’s really lightweight and feels flimsy in the hand. It has to be pointed directly at the TV to work. While seated in a recliner that requires an odd angle on the wrist. The placement of the volume controls is very poorly thought out for right handed people. Just grasping the remote causes you to hit the volume buttons. Seems to be a delayed response after input to the remote. Wrote this to TCL and have since been ignored. Not a good sign if there’s and issue with the TV.

Was nice while it lasted, which was less than 4 years. Lost the picture. worked one day, black screen the next day. I expect more than 4 years out of a TV. In researching the problem, I found that my experience with TCL brand is not uncommon.

Very good quality. Not quite 4k looking as higher end tvs. Still good for the price.

I was happy with my purchase at first. Great quality images, easy to use. However, after one year the screen blacked out (although the sound works) and Best Buy doesn't offer any repairs unless you have a Geek Squad account. Don't recommend purchasing. Save your money an purchase a better quality product.

bought in 2019, and its really worth it, real 4k tv at a reasonable price, TCL is the top 1 tv brand in the world

Had this tv for 4 years still going strong works great.

LOVED...D this TV. It lasted a good 2 years and was awesome and the price couldnt be beat. Until my cat knocked it over while i removed it from the wall while painting and shattered the screen. Just went and bought the same TV yesterday or so i thought. Same series and same brand but not exactly the same and price is a bit higher.

The unit died. Worked for 2 yrs and 2 months. No extended warranty (I thought I bought it!). It was great while it worked. Not sure if a same maker will replace it.

Picked it up on Cyber Monday for under $600 shipped. Firmware updated right away, and with the proper setting, this set is as bright as the Series 6 in my other room. You will need to calibrate to get the best picture. Again, nothing will touch a TCL at this price point!

Very easy setup and install. If you have owned a Roku before getting used to the TV will be easy. Makes another HD input available by getting rid of the external Roku.

First tv stopped working less than a week after purchase, returned for second one. Second one stopped working after 2 years.

Only last 2-3 years. Worked fine and at the two year mark it started glitching. Almost exactly three years the screen completely went out.

Mine died 2 years and 8 months after purchasing. It saw action on average 2 or 3 days per week. TCL support said the LED back lighting had failed and I would have to take it to someone to have it repaired on my dime. It's 75", I don't have the ability to take it down and transport it anywhere to get another 2 and a half years' of life from it. You get what you pay for, I guess. I will never buy TCL again.

You get what you pay for. The picture will inevitably not power up, but you'll hear sound. Be prepared to replace your power supply board, if you can find one, as that's the solution to this very common problem. Otherwise, the picture is very dark, even on the brightest settings. The sound fluctuates for seemingly no reason. It's not a good TV and TCL is not a good brand.

This TV is excellent for the price and then some I highly recommend..... it could be a little louder but that’s it!!! That’s the only reason why I gave it 4 stars

Got this 75 inch tv on sale for $400 on a one day sale. Cannot beat it for the price and size. My only issue is I wish it was brighter.
