    Not the best, but inexpensive

    Found vertical banding in bright areas. Blacks were good, but showed some bleed through which showed up as blotchy blacks. Returned and did not want to try another. Bottom line, probably worth the low price compared to more expensive sets

    TCL Roku Model is Not the One

    Do not buy this TV. Image a "SMART TV" that doesn't have bluetooth capabilities. I purchased the 55" TCL android version which has bluetooth and google assistant. Purchased this one assuming from the same manufacturer that it would have the same features. Stay away from the ROKU models, they suck.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Furthermore, our Roku TVs are also compatible with Alexa and Google Voice Assistants. We are always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback is greatly appreciated!     Poor Manufacturing Quality and Customer Service

    We purchased a 75 inch TCL television in Feb of 2019. In July of 2021 we experienced a hardware failure of the screen, and after working through trouble shooting the issue with TCL technical services, we can confirm the television is a 75 inch paper weight. When asked to resolve this obvious manufacturing quality control failure, we were told the television is past the one year manufacturer’s warranty, and that we should contact a television repair service at our own expense. Do not buy TCL, they are new to this market place and lack quality in manufacturing and quality in customer service. Your money is better spent on a well known manufacturer with a reputation for quality products. Even if you spend more money, you will be better off with a well known television manufacturer, like Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, LG, or VISIO.

Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     They don't make em like they used to

    Lasted 14 months then went kaput. Same issue as a lot of other buyers: about 1 year of use then it stops working. It even has the same thin strip at the top of the screen like others claim. Absolute rubbish.

    broke right after warranty ran out, just over 2 years. TCl and best buy wont even let me pay them to fix it, so I have to throw it in the trash

    As others have described, screen went black 2 years after purchase and hasn’t come back. Outside of warranty despite TCL support claiming the tvs are “built to last 5 years”. Won’t be buying another TCL

    I had this TV for 6 weeks and had no picture after. Had technician come replace motherboard and WIFI board do the exact same thing. I will never buy this junk TV ever again. Especially every customer representative can’t hardly speak English.
