garbage stopped working in the first month

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv from best buy instead of amazon because I thought that if I had problems they I could take it to them and they would fix it or replace it. It stopped working after about 30 days. I took the heavy thing off the wall, put it in the back of my truck, strapped it in safely and I rushed to best buy (rushed because I could look at the sky and tell it was about to rain). I got it there just in time. Once there best buy tells me they cant do anything for me because its been more then 15 days and that I need to contact the TCL. I had to put the thing back in my truck in the pouring rain and drive home with it then unload it in the pouring rain.

Good Decision.

Was concerned about putting in a bright room after reading comments but it's been no problem in our very bright great room.

Pop sound + white flashing lines

The 1st one had a small pop sound every time it was turned on or off. TCL customer service told me that it was not normal and suggested exchanging for another one. The 2nd TV came with the exact issue plus white flashing lines top to bottom after a few hours. The only positive was Bestbuy after sale customer service. Return and exchange was fast and easy!

Bad TV

It cut off while watching tv. You cut it on it flickers back and forth you can even pick a box.

Worst nightmare purchase

I was obligated to purchase protection because its absolutely impossible and unpractical to return or take it anywhere for fixing. Spending a thousand dollars on a tv that does not even work. I dont recommend tlc, nor Best Buy. Never buying anything again

Defective 2 times

They came and replaced it with another one of the same brand and model and the replacement had the same issues. Unwatchable. Both were brand new in the box and the techs handled with care. Just a poor quality product.

Hoy or miss quality

I called the custmer service and they told to return it. I went back with it and i choosed to replace it with a samsung.TCL =Very cheap product.

White lines

O though i received a defective one so Best buy replaced it within a couples day. The replacement came and it was worst then the first one. This is awful quality. Do not buy this tv, spend a little more on other brands.

Defective screen

Issues with a flashing white line immediately, and now that the TV is out of stock, Best Buy’s only solution is to return and spend more money on the series 6 version instead.

Great quality for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far so good. The shows look great. I watched Batman 3, which has really dark scenes, and it was great. I didn't see blooming, maybe very minor and not material enough for me at the price this tv sells for, such a great deal! The roku remote was having a little hiccup with the up and down volume just one night, so not sure what that was and will keep an eye on it. Other than that, no issues in the past month or so I have had it.

The Best Purchase Experience Ever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this TLC 755546 OLED 75" TV on 02/05/23 at the Pensacola, FL Best Buy, and our sales representative Paul "Ritt" Rittenhouse went above and beyond to help us with this purchase! Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about him! He was very cordial, patient with us through all the questions and concerns we had, and he is what every Best Buy representative should be, hands down! Ritt, thank you so much! He showed us what was available, and in our discussion he gave us info on this item that came as an open box purchase, which saved us some money. When the TV was delivered and set up by the Geek Squad, I could not find a single flaw. The only thing it didn't have was the manual. (I think the previous owner didn't return it.) Ritt made sure the delivery and installation of the wall mount and wall kit to hide the cables fit our schedule, and the Geek Squad was superb! The TV is much larger here than it looked in the store, and we probably could have gotten by with a 65" TV, but we are very pleased with this TLC unit so far. The picture is great, colors are vivid, and we're happy with it. We purchased a new tuner last year at BB and the sound is excellent! I also took advantage at the time of the tuner purchase to add TotalTech, and that saved us a TON on the installation, so I would recommend that also. Check out this TV, you won't be disappointed!
