    Was debating between this and spending another $600 on the 6 series. Almost ever review I read online had this as the best option in this price range. Really happy with the picture quality and although we did buy a soundbar, the stock speakers were better than expected. This tv is perfect for a casual viewer and some light gaming etc

    DO NOT BUY - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    32 days after I purchased this TV, the sound stopped working and/or the TV froze. The only way to get it working again was to unplug the entire unit. TCL has horrible customer service that requires you to take a 5-20 second video of the problem, email to them and then they will take 5-10 business days to "determine" if the problem can be fixed or if they need to get you a new tv. Then they sub contract out to a 3rd party who has 2 weeks to contact you to fix the problem. I had an appointment for this morning and the person did not come! I had to call them and they accidentally did not let me know that they appointment was cancelled.

    White lines ruin picture.

    Disappointed

    Was excited for this tv, ordered and waited two weeks to get delivered. Upon setting up tv it just shut off and never turned back on. We checked the outlet to see if it was power issue and it had power, we moved tv to a different room and its just wont turn on anymore

    Disappointed, wont buy it again

    This was my 2nd TCL 75 in. The 1st one went out less than a yr after purchase. 75 in TV #2 , same issue, returned it , less than a wk later. I'm not sure if their 75 in screens are often problematic with other customers, but it surely has been for me.
