    Absolute garbage, constantly drops programming while watching, will not open on last viewed, assustant comes on when not asked, a completely useless and unreliable software system, that constantly crashes, had a Roku tv prior to this, DO NOT BUY THIS TV YOU WILL BE BITTERLY DISSAPOINTED

    I regret buying this tv. Freezes often and sound rarely syncs with picture, customer service says to factory reset it and I have to do that nearly weekly. I have other tcl tvs but all Roku this google has been a bad experience.

    Absolutely horrible TV, STAY AWAY at all costs. The TV is extremely slow and unstable even after updating to the latest firmware. TCL did a ridiculously bad job on this.

    I do not like the purchase. i can't get it to correspond with my satelite remote like my other tv does. It is a samsung QLED.I am wondering if I still Have time to swap it for another samsung?

    How can google UI be so bad?

    So, is 1 star a little dramatic? Maybe. However here's why. 1. Google User interface is horrendous. Its so slow, so laggy, Apps force crash, and I never want to see an advertisement on my home screen ever again. I will struggle getting to the apps I actually want because I have to filter through so many advertisements from Google. Absolutely awful. Its not the TCL quality or picture or amything else. Its just the horrendous UI

    The screen went out in less than 7 days after purchasing and this was the second one. The quality was disappointing.

    This tv is over priced. It is not compatible with playstation. Best buy management and staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was greatful.

    Cannot see a thing. Terrible lighting on this TV tried to play with it and edit setting but tv brightness is awful.

    Bought this tv to place in my new house. Colors are bright and vibrant. Chrome cast works without a hitch. Tv is a little slow to connect to internet, but this could be due to not being hardwired. Overall great tv for a fair price. Many app options for download as well.

    Slow & Glitchy.

    Purchased this TCL Google TV a little over 2 years ago, after having a few of the TCL Roku tvs. We were very happy with the TCL Roku, but were interested in seeing if the Google would be better, because it’s Google. It’s the biggest TV we have in the house 70+, but we honestly don’t use it often because of how slow and glitchy it is. Was hoping it would get better with updates, etc., but it has not. We have since bought 2 more of the TCL Rokus

    Poor calibration, ARC support, and interface

    Have spent over a month trying to calibrate the color on this TV to no avail. There really is no way to make it look right. Add to that the very poor Google TV interface that constantly freezes and is extremely laggy and you have one of the most frustrating TV experiences on the planet. But wait, there's more! I hooked up a Sonos Arc to this and, you guessed it, horrible echo. The TV speakers cannot be disabled when you have a soundbar hooked up so if you didn't have enough fun trying to calibrate the colors, you now get to try to manually sync the sound coming from two devices using the same Google TV interface that you already hated. Overall, this is the kind of TV you should give someone you hate. Save yourselves.
