Poor Manufacturing Quality and Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased a 75 inch TCL television in Feb of 2019. In July of 2021 we experienced a hardware failure of the screen, and after working through trouble shooting the issue with TCL technical services, we can confirm the television is a 75 inch paper weight. When asked to resolve this obvious manufacturing quality control failure, we were told the television is past the one year manufacturer’s warranty, and that we should contact a television repair service at our own expense. Do not buy TCL, they are new to this market place and lack quality in manufacturing and quality in customer service. Your money is better spent on a well known manufacturer with a reputation for quality products. Even if you spend more money, you will be better off with a well known television manufacturer, like Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, LG, or VISIO.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. DO NOT BUY - TCL DOES NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT PARTS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased our TV April 2021. It died August 2022 (about 16 months after purchase). There was a horizontal line that appeared across the screen and then the screen would go black. We called the Geek Squad and they looked for a TCL replacement part and found that TCL no longer has the replacement part, therefore the TV is unrepairable. Why is BestBuy still selling a product that has unrepairable parts?

Do no buy tcl tv as it has some internal problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never Buy a TCL TV, I bought a 75 inch tv and it exactly lasted 30 months, Same happend with my friend who bought a TCL tv, it lasted for 28 months. I installed and never moved it and one fine day it went blank. bad quality tv's. Its not a coincindence that 2 tv's went bad within the same timeframe.
