    Ringing noise.

    Unfortunately I received one of the T.V.'s that comes with an incessant ringing noise whenever the it's turned on. It comes from the power / input panel on the lower right. It turns out this is fairly common for this model and frequently discussed on Roku forums, Reddit and other tech related sites. Many have suggested a hard restart, adjusting contrast and brightness settings, picture mode, etc. We even unplugged our soundbar. Some others who've experienced this issue said they needed a new mainboard installed. My next step is to call TCL directly tomorrow to see what my options are.

    Images are ghosting sometimes. Sort of like a pixel halo around fast mivibg images

    This is a terrible product. The television was defective out of the box and had a an inside crack on it. I had to return it.

    after realizing most of the tv brands out there are made in china anyway i figured id just buy directly from a chinese manufacturer. The TCL’s 5 series and higher got pretty good reviews and so far i’ve had no issues and the built in roku interface is easy to use. i have since bought two other TCL tv’s for other rooms and continue to have no issues at all and they all are good quality picture and easy to use and i can control them all from alexa or the roku app. id definitely buy these brand tv’s again

There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

    feels like i was always having to adjust the picture settings everything from local channels to streaming , it was just non stop after 3 days of this it was returned.... i really wanted a good experience just did not happen... on a positive note best buy service is excellent.

    This tv and brand are trash stay away. I constantly have to adjust the volume for every movie or tv show. The screen flicker all the time. Shame on you Best Buy for selling such garbage.

    Great Pic and Sound - Bad Remote

    I spent the extra $250 to get the QLED and it is worth it - No question about it. The sound is also great. It will NOT fit on a regular stand. The feet are deep so you either need an extra deep stand or wall mount it. The sound is also very good. I was very disappointed when I looked at the remote. You can use voice commands, but only with the app. The remote does not do the voice commands. I found that misleading. That is the only reason that I give it 4 stars.
