Great image at a price that beats competitors

TCL was a new brand to me; I have learned they are the third largest TV producer. I think what makes this model's screen appear so good to my view is the Mini-Led arrayed back light. There is vivid contrast and color saturation. It is not as beautiful as most OLED models I viewed, but it beats the image of most comparable LCD technology models. We wall mounted using a Best Buy brand tilt-mount. It was sketchy with two people, three would have been safer.

Open box excellent had broken stands

Tv itself is great and really good value but the stands on my tv came broken. Spoke to bestbuy staff and they couldn’t help via chat so had to contact TCL. Annoying for a open box product that said excellent

Bluetooth help

I figure a way out through the roku app by Bluetooth my phone to the sound bar and then using the app remote to do private listening and it’s plays like that. I don’t like that but maybe
