    Worst TV I have ever owned. I have waited 6 months to write this to give it a fair chance. I had to return the first one because it had a blemish in the screen. This one constantly freezes up and has to reboot. Also the remotes go through batteries about once a month. I will go back to Sony or Samsung next time and just pay the extra money.

    Great Potential but if not for everyone

    I was really wanting this TV to work based on the reviews out there but unfortunately the panel had some spotting issues and then the most annoying issue was this constant beep noise that would happen randomly and for random time intervals. I spent 1hr with TCL support and took numerous video’s and pictures which they looked at and then simply said that it’s still under the exchange window with BestBuy please just take it back. Very very disappointed with this, like I said I was super excited about the Mini-LED technology but it seems like the tv is hit or miss so if you get a good one your golden but if not you run into a lot of these issues.

    RIP 75in TCL after a month :(

    Have had this TV for about a month. Loved it until the screen popped while watching the World Series tonight.. Guess we'll see how good their support is.. If they make it right, I'll up my review.

    Picture issues out of the box...

    Might have gotten a dud. Black picture and scenes had light spots randomly. Easily visible when scenes changed to solid dark/black screen or when the movies, shows or video games had darker scenes. Returned and purchased the Sony X900H.

    Turns itself off constantly

    Absolutely beautiful picture however it turns itself off periodically and requires a power cycle to eventually get it to turn back on. I have tried every online fix for this know issue but nothing works. Extremely disappointed and will be returning for a different brand.

    Speakers blow out

    First TV had a screen issue in the first week, BestBuy replaced it with no problem. Second TV after a month or so of owning, the speakers kept going out giving me very low volume. Almost like the middle speaker would pop then have no sound. The only fix is unplugging the TV and plugging back in. TCL has sent a warranty company out once to replace a board, and a couple days later the same thing happened. I am currently waiting for the warranty company to come back out.

    Speaker problem

    Picture is great but speakers go out and all you hear is high pitch sound. Even when toggling say from theater sound to music or normal sound, it is the same horrible high pitch sound. Turning the tv on and off doesn’t fix it. Only way that I’ve been able to fix it is by unplugging it completely, waiting about a minute and plugging it back in. Very disappointed. I’ve only owned it for about a month and really tempted to take it back.

    the remote doesnt work. other roku remotes work with the tv but not the one that came with it.

    Buy Something Else

    I bought this TCL because we have a TCL series 5 and have zero complaints. This tv is awful. Everything is blurry on it and the lagging is real! We’ve tried changing every setting you can think of and no matter what it’s blurry and lagging. It’s on tv shows, movies, and sports, it just can’t keep up. I don’t know if we just got a bad tv or what but it is nothing like our series 5. If anything buy a series 5 TCL.

    Fragile won't last

    The screen is very fragile i have had a samsung for over 10 years and it is still running. I purchased this tv as an upgrade and was very excited. The first tv we received the screen was broken on arrival. The second tv we had for 2 to 3 weeks and we loved it until we came home and when we turned it on it had a crack for no apparent reason. It is not covered under warranty and now i have a useless wall ornament. I will not be buying a tcl tv again because they are so fragile and tcl will not fix my broken tv even though it is because of their poor craftsmanship.

    Not happy

    I read all the hype about this tv. I’m not to happy with the picture or the setup. I’m coming off of a LG OLED and this can’t compare. I feel like returning it and getting the OLED.

Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet.     9 months and it went out

    Screen went out after 9 months of light use. We don’t leave the Tv on, we rarely watch movies but when we do we wanted quality picture and size. Well this seemed to fit the bill as the price was right and the rep said it was the best for price. 9 months later blimp the screen goes black. Thankfully there was a recall on the tv and Best Buy was able to return it for an in store credit. TCL is no longer on my list of TVs that I will buy as I don’t think they will last long.

    Do not Buy

    Purchased in 10/2020 without extended warranty and started noticing screen issues in 12/21. TCL support was unhelpful and replacing screen not an option. Serious buyer's remorse- this was my worst electronics purchase ever. My advice is to stay away from TCL even with extended warranty. Just awful.

    New 75” TCL, RED screen appears about every other day. It sucks. I paid almost 1400$$$$ for this thing. I have messaged Tec support several times, waiting to see what to do next.
