Nice picture but problems

Cons: I can't get the HDMI arc to work with my Vizio SB36512-F6 soundbar. It will work with an optical cable but the sound is far inferior to Dolby Atmos. I can get Dolby Atmos by watch through my xbox one but that leads to con number 2. When I am using my xbox the tv will randomly restart. This mostly happens in the home screen then is ok for awhile. The tv takes a minute or two to fully reboot.

I thought the TV was great until I had problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nothing but trouble with television a few months ago I died I'm connected to a machine I eat through a tube Best buy could not help me TCL refuse to help me connected to machine for 16 hours a day with no television and nobody cares nothing but problems like I spent all this money for nothing. TCL and Best buy will not do nothing for me

Poor Manufacturing Quality and Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased a 75 inch TCL television in Feb of 2019. In July of 2021 we experienced a hardware failure of the screen, and after working through trouble shooting the issue with TCL technical services, we can confirm the television is a 75 inch paper weight. When asked to resolve this obvious manufacturing quality control failure, we were told the television is past the one year manufacturer’s warranty, and that we should contact a television repair service at our own expense. Do not buy TCL, they are new to this market place and lack quality in manufacturing and quality in customer service. Your money is better spent on a well known manufacturer with a reputation for quality products. Even if you spend more money, you will be better off with a well known television manufacturer, like Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, LG, or VISIO.

Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Not reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You get what you pay for. Tv stopped working 2.5 years after purchase. Sound on, but screen black. Past warranty, tcl rep can’t help. Tv repair shops say would at least charge consultation and no guarantee it is fixable. My previous sony, panasonic tv’s never had this problem, they worked for years until I upgraded. Going back to quality brands.

Junk

Was told that I could take it to Tcl service center. There’s only 2 in the United States! Closest to me is 450 miles!! 1 year warranty only. Don’t buy one!!
