All the reviews that I have read on this TV have been spot on (C-NET). Great picture. The 4K picture is so life like it's incredible. Super easy to navigate with Roku.

Very impressed with the picture quality. Literally lights up the whole room. The sound was alright, but solid enough for a tv on its own.

    Best Quality-For-Value TV

Best Value TV yet still having 4K Picture Quality. During my in-store experience, I confirmed that many consumers are preferring the Roku Software > Google Software, but this is of course personal preference. I was very impressed with the pending option I had for the 75" Class 6-series, but then ultimately ended up upgrading to an Open-Box QN95A from Samsung for a better brightness capability. But, for simultaneous consideration of the quality/value/budget all at once, this TCL fills this criteria.

Gets very bright. Colors are vibriant when set to certain settings. The most frustrating thing however is the tvs inconsistencies with picture quality. Being bright and vivd one way and dull and washed out the next second. Calibrating may help resolve some issues but then you might as well buy a Sony instead.

I did a LOT of research before buying a new TV. This one just kept coming back. Some reviews from the experts were good some cautious about the TCL. To make a long story short, I definitely am not disappointed. 4K is amazing on this TV. Went to YouTube and LG OLED videos compare very , very good to OLED quality! I got the 75 inch model and am still blown away by the picture on this TCL R635 .

Rated "Best value" for your money by CNET and RTINGS and I agree. For this size, picture quality and price you would be hard-pressed to find anything better. Buy it.

TCL QLED tv's are best picture quality... although it's heavy in weight... It's best compare to other leading brands... Mini-LED adds value to the picture.

Excellent TV, great picture. Better than the Vizio I had before. Be advised that this TV will not do 4k@120hz,but it will do 1440p@120hz.

About 4 months in now and the tv has been a great performer. No issues with picture quality. Sounds was not the best, but not many TVs are by them selves. Added calibration options with the roku app are welcomed. I only hope the built in roku continues to be as responsive as time goes on. Integrated streaming box is something I always said I would avoid. This has not let me down so far. I had some rebooting issues when I first added my Sonos arc. That resolved itself after changing the audio setting to pass-through.

Great TV for the price. Ultimately we returned it and purchased the Sony 900h. We did this because the sound would periodically get really hollow or cease altogether. We were concerned about long-term quality. We did by an extended warranty, but that did not give us any peace of mind. Will definitely purchase again once the overall quality improves as it rivaled Sony's picture quality and is much more intuitive with the built-in Roku OS. I would recommend to a friend with one caveat, purchase an extended warranty. Unfortunately the need to purchase an extended warranty increase the overall cost of the TV :(

I’ve only had this tv for a month so far, but it has been as good as advertised. The room it is in has a wall of windows and the picture is still good. If there is any drawback it is the fact that the Roku operating system boots whenever the TV turns on costing me an additional 40 seconds when starting. So obviously not that significant a drawback. Overall I really enjoy this TV and I would recommend it if you are in the market.

Great picture so far, but game mode has only been in 60 hertz so far. Not sure how to get it into 120 hertz. Easy set up and we are getting use to the Roku feature. Nice that the Roku is built in. Lots of on demand content. Definitely recommend a sound bar - some sound does not even come through the TV speakers that you hear with a sound bar.

I have had and loved TCL TV's for years. This was the second I got from here so I was hopeful. They are fragile. Our movers broke the first one (make sure you have a company with insurance and aren't jerks) and wouldn't replace it, so we got this. At first it was wonderful, then a line of pixels went out. We had it serviced and it wasn't fixable. And not replaceable because it had been almost a year. Thank got for total tech, because we'd have been down another expensive TV if we hadn't had it.

We genuinely love this TV set. It is big enough to see from our couch across the room (16 +') - and at last be able to read the subtitles or other "small print." The color is excellent, and the brilliance of the screen is great. We can also control the density of color. It is also synced with our "old" Bose surround sound system and the sound emanating from the speakers is excellent!.
