Absolutely the best TV for the money. Blows away sets costing much more. Blacks are truly black, contrast and brightness is spectacular. Get the Roku not Google version. Roku is fast, great content and unbelievable number of apps. Build quality is excellent. Beautiful METAL frame (not plastic) and large METAL feet. Don’t really know about sound quality as mine is paired with an ARC Nakamichi sound system.

Very large tv decent quality for the price plenty of hdmi ports. Within two weeks noticed a pink line horizontally moving up the screen from bottom amongst tv screen going black for like 3 seconds while playing xbox series x

Beautiful tv. Super deep blacks and bright HDR. The interface makes settings and switching between calibrations a breeze.

This television has great picture quality and is a great tv. The only issue I've noticed is that as you're watching a movie or show from an app is that the picture seems to struggle to stay clear here and there. This could be a Roku issue or possibly be cause by the tv processing system trying to keep up.

The picture on this TV is so good I bought it with my Xbox One x and they go together so well. My only complaint is that they would not ship it to where I was so I had to drive very far to pick it up and rent a truck. But the picture quality is well worth it.

Great tv but way too bright for a bedroom. Coming from a 55” TCL 4 series (S425) that suffered from black crush and low peak brightness, I totally underestimated the Juno from 200 nits to 800. I think a 400 nit TV would be more than plenty for a bedroom with low ambient light. I think I’m going to return this and go with a TCL 5 or the Hisense U6G. If you’re in the fence between this and a less premium model I would say go with the cheaper model if you’re not going to be watching in a really bright setting. Otherwise, you’ll be setting the backlight at its lowest settings and wasting the extra cash. Great tv though!

Best bang for the buck! TCL has done it again with the R635...beating majority of the entry to mid level TV's...even matching some of the big three brands mid to high level performance. Don't sleep on this one...go buy it!

Like many here my remote control was not working properly out of the box. Good news is that I got it working. Search YouTube for "tcl remote not working" and there will be a bunch of videos. The fix ultimately comes down to taking the batteries out, repeatedly depressing all the buttons, and putting the batteries back in. Hope this helps. It would be a shame if someone ended up returning this tv because of the remote.

Love! Although we had to rent an Uhaul truck to bring it home, it was easy to unwrap and get out of the box. Must read the instructions getting it out though. It was easy to set up and begin using. The picture is clear and sound is good. Recommend getting a sound bar to enhance sound for the movie theater feel. Overall .. we love it.

So..... in store this looked really decent with it bright colors and vibrant effects. It wasnt until you watch a dark action movie when you see it flaws. Blooming is definitely obvious if local dimming is even on low dont try high, the motion blur is terrible no settings fix it just makes its worse, and top it off the hdmi was supposed to be 120hz and wasnt until recently i tried to adjust and realized somehow mine has all 60hz when advertised it has 2 120 ports. Only good thing is the color definitely not good for fast moving or dark pictures ive bought a bought a bunch of tvs from best buy and this is the worst one ive ever had.

Picture quality is fantastic at this price point. The TV OS has crashed a number of times resulting in reboots. We use a secondary streaming device and Roku will prompt messages on the screen to recommend other ways to watch the show... a little ‘big brother is watching’

Fantastic TV for the price. Remote is horrible, but using the Roku app on my phone is flawless. Almost returned because picture settings were not very good and couldn’t get it to look the way I wanted, then I downloaded the iPQ Calibration app and followed the simple instructions, and now it is AMAZING!!!
