    Got this TV as a replacement for another brand TV. The picture was wonderful. Light years better than what I replaced. BUT... I purchased this TV on 6/22/2020. Took delivery on 6/25/2020. Easy assembly, and set up. On 7/19/2020 the screen faded to black. That is a grand total of 24 days. I don't care that TCL sent a tech out to repair the TV. That took over a week, and he was unable to fix the problem. I don't care that TCL, more than a week later emails me that a replacement TV is on its way. And that will end up taking at least 10 days at the earliest. And it will be delivered to a tech. Who then will set up a later appointment. All I know is I have been without the TV longer than I was able to watch it.

    Purchased the 75 inch 6 series, had a nice picture for 2 months of light usage. TV then failed to power on. TCL Warranty sent a service technician to replace the power board, then the technician finds a crack in the screen. TCL Warranty doesn't cover cracks regardless of cause. So, it's a 75 inch paper weight after 2 months. Definitely take an extended warranty if you go for this TV.

    TV was great, but the screen went black 11 months after purchase. I would suggest reading about this online - it appears to be a relatively common issue. Unfortunately for many folks, this happens after the 12 mo warranty and they are out of luck. TCL support was awful. Gave us the run around and communication was terrible. Took so many phone calls and got the runaround.
