    This is awesome Tv. The only cons I can say is the sound of the Tv doesn’t project as loud and clear , we had to add a speaker to enjoy the sound of our TV. That needs improvement

    Nice TV but...i was warned about the vertical white lines that are a problem on this TV when viewing solid backgrounds (sky, all black etc.) Over time, this white tube like lines are getting worse and worse. Once you see them you cannot un see them. Really a bummer

    Picture quality is superb ,blacks are great!. I really have no complaints. There is lots of streaming options available with this TV also if your looking to cut the cord. I have it paired up with the shield TV , x box 1x and a Nakamichi shockwafe 9.2 with Atmos and its awesome! Arc works without any issues. Tv just works perfect!

    Tv arrived and installed today. Still getting all set up. Used wall mount from 12 year old 55 inch Samsung and it works with no problem! Yes this the 75 inch set. And yes it rocks. I did my homework and am not disappointed.

    So far so good. TCL hits it out of the park again. No DSE, no dark corners, no jail bars. Just an all around excellent picture. I have become a fan of TCL, this is my 5th purchase in the last couple of years. Love the Roku being built in too.

    I replaced a 60” plasma and to go up to a 75” is...significant! It took me a few days to discover the appropriate settings but once I settled on Movie for Picture Mode it really shined. I have watched several Netflix 4K videos and am very very pleased. Maybe not quite the picture of OLED’S but very satisfying for a mere fraction of the cost.

    I love it after almost 3 years. My only gripe is not enough memory. Roku apps have to be reinstalled sometimes. Picture still amazing. A little ghosting but overall the best tv I’ve owned.

    Got this for the $1299 sale after all the great reviews online. Many reviews spoke of banding on the panel, I didn’t see that but had other problems. First one had a hot pixel, just one, bright and very visible. Easily exchanged it and new one has a small dark area on panel that isn’t bad and only noticeable on bright scenes. Keeping this one, to big and pain in the butt to exchange again. I got The 75”, huge!

    Stop working after 5days!!!!

    I wanted to love this TV. The price, the set up was easy, looks amazing or should I say, looked amazing. Had it less then a week and the screen froze black. Customer service had me run through all the trouble shooting and recommended I take it back or call a technician.....I listened to all the YouTubers raving about this t.v. but the reality of it is, tomorrow I will have to pack it up and pay a little more for a better known brand....Fortunately, this happened during cyber week so I didn’t have to miss out on a deal......Thank God I didn’t throw out the box. Roll the dice if you want to buy this tv. I hope you have better luck then I did. Do yourself a favor and keep the box.

    Good for 3 Years

    It worked well for 3 years and then the power board blew. I had the power board replaced and it worked for 6 months before something else went out. I now have a TV with a power light and sound but no display.

    DISPLAY DIED AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS! WORTHLESS!!!

    I had this way-too-big TV for only 93 days...then the display died and filled my living room with the smell of burned plastic. I can't bring the thing into Best Buy, because it's WAY too big to fit in my car. I had to get the TV delivered. There's no home repair service, and I can't fit the thing in my car...and it doesn't work...so...it's 100% USELESS now. $1,600 to essentially rent a TV for 3 months and now I have a heavy piece of plastic sitting in my living room that I now have to throw away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Just go with a bigger brand, and a smaller TV so if it breaks like this one you can actually fix it....maybe.

    TV died once warranty expired

    Loved the TV for 12 months... 13th month - hi pitched power whine started that was really annoying. 15th month - picture went black. TCL support - you're out of warranty. Sorry, its your problem. Looked online - hundreds of people having the exact same problem with screen panels going bad. They actually call buying a TCL TV "entering the panel lottery" to see if you get a good or bad panel. Will never buy a TCL product again. Spend the extra money and get a TV that lasts for more than a year.

    Poor Manufacturing Quality and Customer Service

    We purchased a 75 inch TCL television in Feb of 2019. In July of 2021 we experienced a hardware failure of the screen, and after working through trouble shooting the issue with TCL technical services, we can confirm the television is a 75 inch paper weight. When asked to resolve this obvious manufacturing quality control failure, we were told the television is past the one year manufacturer’s warranty, and that we should contact a television repair service at our own expense. Do not buy TCL, they are new to this market place and lack quality in manufacturing and quality in customer service. Your money is better spent on a well known manufacturer with a reputation for quality products. Even if you spend more money, you will be better off with a well known television manufacturer, like Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, LG, or VISIO.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Do not buy this tv. Purchased april 2020 fast forward feb 2022 black screen and wont power on again. Tcl customer service is terrible, only has 1 year warranty so i am out of luck. Covid is lasting longer than this tv. I will never buy another TCL product, I purchased a sony as a replacment. Please do t waste your money on this crap.

    Pulsating vertical black band

    Bought it thinking the quality issues that others had reported were less likely now. However got my TV yesterday Series 6 75 inch and after watching for an hour or more a pulsating vertical black band appears. Now I have to take this huge TV and all the packing to a local store, where there will be no replacement. A lot of wasted time and energy.

    Dead after 3 years!!!

    Tv keeps turning off after 2 seconds and it's only 3 years old and never moved around from the wall mount. Pretty disappointing to say the least.
